Cozy apartment in basement with own private entrance. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. 2.5 km from Karlstad city center, 200 meters to bus. Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Enket but comfortable living in the basement. Two beds that can be pushed together and a sofa bed in the big room. In the room next door there is a bunk bed with good mattresses. A baby bed is also available to use, let me know if you wish. Kitchenette with fridge, stove, coffee maker and microwave. Toilet and shower on the same floor. Laundry room upon agreement. Good bus connection to Karlstad, Ica store 150 meters away. Cyclist? Klarälvsbanan passes close by. The lakes Gapern and Alstern are close, fishing licenses are purchased at Ica 🙂

From the cottage, the forest and fields are seen and located between the lakes Gapern and Alstern, this accommodation is made a fantastic starting point to enjoy fishing, hiking, biking, horseback riding and other local experiences of budding business found in the area. By car, Karlstad and city life can be reached in only 10 minutes. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price.

Classic large Värmland farm on Lake Gapern in the countryside. Surrounded by forest and pastures. Large kitchen, dining room, glass veranda facing the lake, living room with fireplace, sauna, balcony upstairs(morning sun), patio (evening sun), washing machine and dryer. Large plot that invites to play, private location in the village. Close to the forest and the lake Gapern. Access to 3 canoes and rowboat. Fishing licenses can be purchased (Gaperns FVOF). 15 min to nearest food store and 25min to Karlstad.

Welcome to the house with a stunning view of Lake Molkomsjön! Perfect for year-round living or as a vacation home near Karlstad and Ängsbacka. The well-maintained house offers parking for 2-3 cars and was upgraded for sustainability with solar panels, battery, and an electric car charger in October 2023. Pets are welcome, but please be responsible. If your dog barks, consider other accommodations for neighbors' peace. Enjoy the lake, sustainability, and proximity to Karlstad. Welcome!

The Sculptured House is built with natural, recycled and local materials, in harmony with its surrounding nature. This calm retreat offers an inspirational experience for those who look for a stress-free environment. It has a cozy sleeping loft with nice views and you have your own dry toilet. Apartment on two floors in a rural setting. It is 100 meters to the beach with a swimming area and a rowboat. Life jacket and metspö are available. The outhouse is shared with other guests. Note: No bathroom but close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Duvet and pillows are available. Sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 75/singing. The double bed is 140 cm wide, the other beds between 90-120 cm wide.
