We recently hosted a small bachelor party here and it was absolutely fantastic! The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay was already there. The highlight was definitely the caretaker, who went above and beyond to ensure our BBQ setup was seamless and was always on hand to assist with anything we needed. It made organizing our evening incredibly easy and stress-free. Each morning, we looked forward to the complimentary breakfast, delicious and satisfying, it was the perfect start to our beachside days. All in all, this place offered great value, comfort, and convenience. It’s spotlessly clean, thoughtfully supplied, and situated just minutes from Kappad Beach. Highly recommended for any small group or gathering!

Stay at Toya Toya villa was a pleasant experience. We stayed here for 5 nights and 6 days. Place is tastefully done, and every room has its own character. It’s equipped with all needed amenities like hot water and power back up as well. Caretaker is helpful and is available to assist. Location of the villa is beautiful and serene.

We just wrapped up a lovely stay here. The house is exactly as pictured. Beautifully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms and living areas with comfy beds and fully functioning (as in hot water and good pressure) bathrooms. The caretaker Sanjo was extremely obliging with what we we needed. The weather was warmer than we would have liked so we didn’t go out as much as we would have liked, but with Netflix and games we stayed busy. Breakfast is catered don a local restaurant and for the other meals we did a bit of cooking in the nicely laid out kitchen. The manager Justin also kept in touch with us throughout the stay to make sure we had what we needed. Hope to be back in cooler temps.

A beautiful pristine villa that's stunning and looks just like the pictures. I recommend staying at this place as it is the absolute best in and around Kozhikode/wayanad surroundings. This is a luxurious stay thats well maintained and has a spacious bedroom, the highlight apart from the stay is the pool that is for both adults and kids. The owner has paid great attention in maintaing and keeping the villa safe, the gates are automated (open &close) that can only be operated by the guests/owners to ensure there are no trespasses, the door have digital number locks, even watering the plants/garden is automated which is super cool. Mr Sanesh the caretaker is a gem and creates a personal atmosphere, he makes sure we are absolutely comfortable and provides key details to make our stay safe and enjoyable as possible , he even goes above and beyond his work by taking us to nearby places for our requirement. I must say I'm truly happy and will book this place again in future.

The upper room was spacious and had a lovely view, while the lower rooms were a bit smaller but comfortable. The pool and common areas were well-maintained, and the breakfast served was quite nice. The hosts were responsive and helpful with all our queries. Although the price felt slightly high for the facilities offered, we were overall satisfied with the experience. Would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful beachside stay.

It was an incredible stay at La Reve beach villa. Excellent privacy, delightful ambience and an overall great experience. The staffs were incredibly friendly. The breathtaking sea view from the room added to a serene and pleasant experience. Also the breakfast spread was exceptional, offering a wide array of delicious options. Perfect for both families and friends looking for a memorable stay.

The place was excellent, the view was second to none! Requesting Feroz to fry up some massive prawn and seafood was one of our highlights….highly recommend staying at the Outrigger!!!
