7 minutes on foot from Hiratsuka Station. Seven minutes to the sea. This guest house is located in a quiet residential area between the station and the sea. We will provide the first floor of a two-story two-family home. We have just renovated the house, so the bathroom, kitchen, toilet and living room are all new. It is a convenient location for those who want to use it as a base for sightseeing in Hakone or Kamakura, exploring the area, watching various sports (J league, B league, professional baseball, athletics, beach volleyball) and participating in competitions, as well as for remote work, and we recommend using it as a multipurpose space. We also provide cooking utensils for those who want to cook. There is a supermarket that sells fresh ingredients nearby, so you can also enjoy doing your own cooking. It's best to use it as if it were a villa in Hiratsuka. Although the COVID-19 pandemic is in a state of contraction, we continue to receive guidance from the health center, and at the same time, due to the impact of the war in Ukraine, we also receive guidance from the police as a counter-terrorism measure. Therefore, use is limited to family members and those who live together. Thank you for your understanding.

■Relaxing private house This is a renovated two-story house in a quiet residential area of Shonan.In addition to the spacious living room, the two bedrooms are equipped with wide king beds, making it comfortable for families with small children.It can accommodate up to 8 people, but it is especially comfortable for about 4 people.Enjoy your relaxing time. The Shonan area, where the summer crowds have settled down, is perfect for playing on the sandy beach and walking with your children.In autumn, the air is clear, and there are many days when you can see Mt. Fuji beautifully from the beach. It is about 50 minutes by train from Tokyo Station and Shibuya Station, and about 9 minutes by taxi from Chigasaki Station.It is recommended not only for family trips and stays with friends, but also for business training camps and workations using projectors and monitors. * BBQs are not currently possible on the wood deck.Please note before making a reservation.

This facility, newly opened from October, is a single unit occupying a newly built house in a quiet residential neighborhood of Kayagasaki. It is a 10-minute walk to Southern Beach and is equipped with an outdoor shower! It is an accommodation where you can experience surfing and life near the sea. This facility is a self-check-in accommodation where you will not see any staff, and can accommodate up to 10 people, so even if you are a family, you can use the entire room with peace of mind. The Kayagasaki area is lined with fashionable shops such as restaurants, cafes, surf shops, and variety shops, but it is also in a very good location as a base for travel in the Shonan area such as Kamakura and Enoshima.
