Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kotayk Province

Arpi's place is a very good option if you enjoy the raw aesthetics of loft places. It has everything you need and more. One thing that I really want to point out is that there's a balcony and the views from it are very peaceful and calming. I personally enjoyed working from it a lot. There were some difficulties with routing the delivery couriers to the entrance, and the place itself being in a building with no elevator at the last floor. However that didn't make my trip any worse as I'm a bit used to that in Armenia.

Zitta’s home was as described. She was responsive throughout our month-long stay and she accommodated all of our requests. Would recommend her place if you’re looking to stay in the center of the city with close access to the city’s offerings.

We had a great stay at Ara’s apartment . Beautiful clean, modern apartment with all you need. Excellent central location. The street is quiet, so you can get a goodnight sleep. Hot water is available at all times. Although we didn’t use the pool, but it was a great addition to the apartment. I will definitely recommend to stay at Ara’s apartment.

The apartment was great, Vazgen was very accommodating for our arrival. There are many supermarkets and several grocery stores nearby. The air conditioning was nice. Hot water was sometimes complicated to adjust. Thanks to Vazgen for helping me carry the suitcases 😄

Rafael was an exceptional host—very responsive and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The apartment was clean, cosy, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The heating was fantastic; Rafael had thoughtfully turned on the floor heating in advance, ensuring that we arrived to a warm and comfortable space without any surprises. The place was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials, free Wi-Fi, and even pocket Wi-Fi for convenience. The only thing we felt could be a great addition is a microwave oven, as it would have been really useful during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed the cosy apartment. Thanks again, Rafael, for making our stay so pleasant!

The host was very kind and helpful, welcomed us with kindness and allowed us to check in early. The apartment was very clean, well organized and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We spent 10 very pleasant days and nights. The location is excellent: everything is easily accessible on foot, from the supermarket to the bars, to the main places of interest. I rented a car and it takes about 20 minutes from home to the center. It was a really comfortable stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We have had an amazing long-term stay at this apartment. The apartment is very modern and has all amenities including coffee machines, a microwaves, a blender and a toaster. Everything was in pristine condition when we arrived. Everything one could want is very close by. There are plenty of shops, pharmacies, barbers, and even a mall within a 10 minute walk. It’s also quick and easy to get to the city centre. The hosts are very welcoming and quick to communicate. We were provided with plenty of recommendations of things for us to do, eat etc while we were in Armenia. We would definitely recommend this apartment for long or short stays!

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Nice house near the center of Yerevan. 10 minutes by taxi without traffic. There is a metro, supermarket and shopping arcade nearby. There were 10 people, everything fit perfectly, even there were free spots. Overall, I liked it, we would come again. The first day was cold, but then the house warmed up and it was possible to walk at least in shorts with a t-shirt even at -10 on the street. The host immediately responded, took out an additional heater for the room without heating. But a little about the cons. Take all the slippers at once, the house is not clean enough to wear socks or bare feet. I also had to wash all the dishes before using it. The audibility is quite strong. If someone talks loudly in the dining room, then at least in the two rooms on the second floor, you can hear everything perfectly. One of the pleasant surprises is stable hot water. You won't often meet in Armenia. It's usually very hard to set the shower to the perfect temperature, everything is great here

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

Apartment was very nice with all listed amenities in place. Vahan was very helpful and was present on our arrival and check out. He was also available on line for some of the doubts that we had regarding the kitchen amenities. All over he was a very good and nice host and our family stayed there very comfortable
