Artak and Lilit were very helpful and responsive. More than that, they were very welcoming and made us feel right at home in their wonderful AirBNB. (A huge thank you to Lilit who made sure that we were comfortable and checked up on us on our trip! It made our stay much more memorable!) The place itself had a lot of amenities and is a walking distance to a lot of places. Everything we needed was already in their place. The building itself felt very safe and secure so we had nothing to worry about. Overall, I would highly recommend this place!

Quiet, warm, bright apartment. Everything you need for a comfortable life is available. Carrefour is nearby. Republic Square is a 15-minute walk through the park.

Our stay at Michael‘s place was great and we would definitely consider coming back when we are in town again. We stayed a full week and the apartment had everything we needed. Michael was very responsive and nice. The checkin went smoothly thanks to great instructions. The apartment was very clean and spacious, which made it very comfortable for us. Great location and very nice apartment inside! Separately, I note that the owner of the apartment was very quick to answer any questions, recommended many cool places and in general was very friendly! The only thing to know is the 5th floor, no elevator. There was no problem for us. The apartment has all that is needed. The apartment itself is large, clean and cozy. A separate plus is that there is a desk for work. It is not visible in the photos as it appeared recently. The apartment is located in the center, you can walk to many attractions and restaurants. We are so glad you chose this place! We were very happy,

We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

A very nice apartment, great location . But it's not for someone who is poor on foot, a lot of stairs. Very quiet location , nevertheless very central and a very kind and friendly hostess, we are even allowed to check in in the morning at 6:00 am, thank you again for that.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

I was very happy with the house I lived in for two weeks. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. If I want to rent a house again in the future, I would definitely come back.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Thank you very much for your quick response, it was cool in the apartment, in the minimum short period they replaced the battery with a warmer one. The apartment has everything you need, even a little more, thank you for the gift, I recommend to everyone, I recommend it to everyone, a very good option, 5 minutes by taxi to the lift. Plus, they gave a discount at the restaurant. 10/10

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!
