This is a very smart, modern, well-appointed apartment suiting 4 people. It's perfect for city attractions and all local amenities. The apartment benefits from underfloor heating, swish control panels and electronic door access. a perfect apartment for a visit to Košice. Highly recommended.

Oh my gosh! This was the BEST Place to stay in the UNESCO walled City of Levoca. Zaffir House had everything to make our stay wonderful! Comfortable Bed, Modern Bathroom, Washer and Separate Dryer (plus more)?We wished we could have stayed longer to take advantage of our private courtyard and balcony areas. Our stay was extra special because of our wonderful hosts- Janka and Torsten. We had our own private taxi driver (Torsten) who shared much information of the area and gave us great recommendations of what to see and where to eat! We HIGHLY suggest you book here- you won’t be sorry! (Note: We are Airbnb SuperHosts and have very high expectations!!!) Linda and Tom

Really well renovated old house, matching the era when it was built - super authentic. The interior and furniture is also well selected. The kitchen counter could have been bigger, as we are devoted cooks, but apart from this everything was absolutely perfect. The house is very comfortable, the garden is well kept and the surrounding and nature is just out of this world. There is a stream running in front of the property - you must try having your morning coffee standing barefoot in the stream and listening to…absolutely nothing but nature 💚

Levoča — and Slovakia in general — doesn’t see swarms of international tourists (yet, anyway!) but wow, what a gem! Peaceful, historic and tucked away, Eva’s house is a unique and charming base for exploration of Levočan and the surrounding area (Spišsky Castle is a must-see). Eva will give you local recommendations, too. Expect effusive hospitality!

Wonderful place! A spacious, well-equipped apartment with a touch of luxury—perfect for relaxing after an action‑packed day. The delightful terrace is especially great for enjoying breakfast in the morning. The property is pet‑friendly, which was a big plus for us. The host was incredibly kind and helpful; everything went smoothly and without a hitch. There’s parking right in front of the building. The surroundings are picturesque and peaceful, making it an excellent base for climbing and exploring local attractions. The only surprise was the Roma villages we passed along the way, which create an unusual contrast with the rest of the region. Nevertheless, this place is definitely worth recommending—beautiful, comfortable, and full of character.

Home away from home. It has everything you need for longer (and short stay). This is the second time we stayed in this accommodation. We love that it has lots of storage to put your luggage away. Location is awesome and the host is very responsive and helpful. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Pleasant apartment under the roof, not overlooked, located on the main and pedestrian street of Kosice but you can't hear anything from the apartment.
