New open in May 2025! One room on the second floor of a small building in a quiet residential neighborhood in Soka.You will have the entire 2LDK, 41 ㎡, to yourselves. Tobu Skytree Line Nitta Station is a 13-minute walk. Two double beds are placed in the bedroom. The living room also has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, so up to 6 people can stay comfortably. The living room has a large 58-inch smart TV. The dining room is equipped with a table for 6, a kitchenette and a washing machine.The toilet has a washlet and the bathroom is compact but clean (changing clothes in the bathroom or kitchen). It is a 1-minute walk from a 7-eleven, a large supermarket 4 minutes away, and local restaurants and izakayas, making it convenient for long-term stays. There are also plenty of delicious shops and fun places around, in Higashi-Nagasaki, a town where you can see people's faces.
