The room looked just like the picture. The owner, Juliana, was very kind. The kettle was in bad condition, so I told her and she replaced it right away, as well as the electric blanket. I asked for the bed to be changed, and they did it right away. I am very grateful.

Of course, I have the intention to revisit.☺️ The host was kind and responded quickly, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all~ It was quiet even at night, so I slept well! It's convenient because you can walk almost everywhere~~ Oh, and there's a convenience store right under the accommodation, so it's really, really, really, really convenient. 🍀

This is my 2nd time staying at Ara. I thoroughly enjoyed the place. The room is small but organized and clean. Everything like a heater, electric blanket is available outside, you can easily pick up when you need. The bed and blanket are very soft, I always sleep well here. Very friendly staff, good use of English. There are many delicious restaurants below, the shopping street is also right below, extremely convenient. It's a pity I only booked one night for my 10 day stay. I will definitely come back here if I go to Seoul.

I stayed in a windowless bedroom, located upstairs. The room was very decent despite the lack of natural light. On the other hand, there were children screaming and running next door, and also a very strong ventilation (which did not come from my room), so you need to bring earplugs. Also, there was nothing to hang things in the bathroom. The young man at the reception is very kind and caring. The last 2 days there was a young woman in the place, very kind too. I didn't like the neighborhood (personal taste) but as the service is quality maybe I'll come back here. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

The host informed me in advance of the basics and detailed information, the response was quick and correct, really appreciate that you❤️ can drop off luggage early, will be placed on the 3rd floor, if you have big luggage not recommended because you need to climb stairs to go up the stairs, there will be a reception staff (also the person responsible for cleaning), very kind and friendly greeting as soon as you enter the door The☺️ bathroom is very nice in the room, looking at the photos and narrating it is not sure it is a shared bathroom?Or private bathroom?Lastly, the private bathroom ~ and the shared environment is very neat and clean, and there are also detailed resource recycling sorting👍 rooms have about 5 plugs that can be used (there are 2 plugs at the bedside), although I could hear the sound of cars passing by outside in the room, but after pulling the curtain down, the floor has a geothermal setting is warm ~ there is McDonald's on the opposite side of the accommodation, McDonalds can be taken a few minutes after going forward, there is a bus stop to take it, the overall stay✌️ has a very good opportunity to come and stay again, thank you😘
