Vacation rentals with lake access in Kootenay Boundary

The Nest on Eagle Creek was a dream come true, beautiful and elegant all in one. A perfect opportunity to unplug from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. A great place to rejuvenate the soul. The hot tub was a wonderful touch and all amenities exceeded our expectations. Our host was extremely personable and assisted with anything needed.

We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked, as we prepared all our own meals and enjoyed the outdoor eating space. The beds were super comfortable as well. One thing to note is that in order to access the private dock, there's a fairly steep path down from the house to the road below/the lake. Betty was very prompt in her communication with us. I appreciated being able to store my bike in their garage as well.

I can't say enough good things about this place! It is fully stocked with everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) that you could ever need for vacation. The setting is beautiful, the deck and hot tub are so inviting, the host Tyrol made sure that we had everything that we needed, and it was the perfect spacious setting for so many summer memories. We will be back!!

Megan and Kelly were amazing hosts, they were incredibly responsive when I had questions. We loved the cabin- it was peaceful, the lake and view out the living room windows were gorgeous, and the beds were comfy. We would definitely come back and stay again!

We recently vacationed at Lisa’s fantastic lakeside home with some of our family, including an infant. Lisa’s home more than comfortably accommodated all of us! It’s a beautiful home, with a gorgeous big deck that afforded a spectacular view, large stunningly landscaped garden/yard and a great set-up with lots of shade for playing on the beach and dock with children and utilizing the dock and buoy for a boat. The house itself is large and well-equipped kitchen. Lisa was an extremely responsive, accommodating and helpful host, and everything was very clean and exceptionally well-organized. Lisa emphasized beforehand that there were stairs going down to the beach, but we can honestly all say (even us seniors, and the mother with the infant), that the stairs posed no problems whatsoever. We followed the instructions on keeping the house cool without AC and it was effective. On the really hot days (38 degrees Celsius) the house got a bit warm by bedtime, but cooled off nicely in the night.

Everything was perfect! The decorating was thought out and matched the vibe. He thought of all the extras we could possibly need and more. it was the most perfect location and views. Honestly I could go on about how pleased we were with every little detail but I'll summarize and say it made the wedding more wonderful than we could have imagined. We will be back and so will our guests! THANK YOU!

Awesome cabin right on Jewel lake. We rented it for a couple days to spend time ice fishing and visiting with near by grand-parents. Would definitely recommend! Exactly what we needed. Thank you Al.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier than expected due to a family emergency, but the host was incredibly kind, understanding, and thoughtful throughout. They even offered me a refund for the nights I couldn’t stay which they absolutely didn’t have to do. I’m truly grateful and touched by their kindness. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this place and host!

We were a large extended family group (6 adults & 3 teens) and the house and outside spaces had lots of room for us all. The house was very clean and comfortable inside. Everyone in our group enjoyed the lake, SUP and kayak - it was so nice not to have to bring those things with us or rent them. We’ve stayed in many Air BnBs and this was the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen - it had everything we needed and more. It was very hot for the week of our stay, but the AC kept the house cool enough and it cooled off at night outside so we were comfortable for sleeping. Christine was always responsive and friendly and we had all the information we needed about the house & area. Thank you for sharing your home with us - so many great memories were made!

Beautiful place and stay. Felt very at home. The outdoor screened room was fantastic. Pictures don't do it justice. Lots of chairs and tables. Bedrooms were spacious with lots of extra blankets, towels and beach towels. Fully stocked kitchen. Paula was very fast to answer when we had questions. Our whole family loved it. Will definitely be back!!!
