I have poured my energy into creating a comfortable and peaceful retreat style stay. Fully self contained with double bed Outside but undercover shower, toilet and kitchenette. Surrounded by grass and vertical garden in the outdoor space making it cosy and relaxing. Only 15 minutes to the CBD, Optus Stadium and Crown Casino. Sorry no longer accepting pets.

Kayla was an amazing host, she was super friendly and helpful in every situation. We had some wonderful chats, always felt homey and very well cared for. The room was super cozy and clean, as well as the bathroom, which included all amenities. The House is close to a beautiful surf beach, with nice restaurants. Overall we had a great time in Perth and Kayla hugely contributed to it by welcoming us to her home like a good friend.

We had a memorable stay with Susanne & Roger + their extended fambam, an extremely irresistible labrador called Huxley. Bayswater is a charming community with its vibrant coffee culture , a mix of amenities like local shops & restaurants + access to a vibrant nightlife of the nearby CBD. The accommodation offered a combination of favourable factors Eg. location, comfort & value for money. It should meet most of your specific needs, whether prioritizing a quiet retreat, proximity to attractions, or a lively atmosphere. It's got it all! Then there was comfort & cleanliness which was utmost to us: comfortable beds & pillows, clean linen, fluffy towels and a well-maintained space - very essential for a good night's sleep + overall enjoyment. The amenities offered, such as Wi-Fi, parking, kitchen facilities, laundry also aligned with our needs. The highlight of our stay was Sue & Roger's generosity, which truly surpassed our expectation & ofcourse their adorable labrador Huxley!

Anita was extremely helpful to me and made my stressful move to Australia a lot easier, she went out of her way to help me continuesly and always made me feel welcome, made a great effort to show me around and help me get set up with my bank, phone, gyms, long term accommodation etc etc. I would highly recommend anybody looking to move to to Australia to stay with Anita as I don't know how I would've managed everything alone, thank you Anita 😊

Absolutely loved this place! The space was exactly like the photos—super clean and cozy. The host was really helpful and responsive throughout the stay. Location-wise, it was great too—just a short walk to the bus stop and train station, which made getting to Perth city super easy. Definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to explore Morley and the surrounding area. Would happily stay here again!
