Vacation rentals with a patio in Konkan Division

Polly is a great host, his home has everything to offer from Sofa Cum Bed, to a balcony hammock, kitchen full of required amenities, enough storage , washing machine, wonderful and comfy bed. We spent evenings listening to music inside the home. it's next to some great night/hangout bars/restaurants. if you intend to stay in Koregaon, this is undoubtedly recommended for a perfect experience host is responsive, proactively gives instructions on check in etc and has a team to support you for any query stay was hassle free. house is big.

I had the pleasure of staying at Bellacasa Luxury Stay from 7th to 10th, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The property was exactly as shown in the photos, with everything perfectly aligned to what was promised. The location is fantastic, with plenty of attractions nearby, and the connectivity was convenient as well. The amenities were top-notch, and everything was in perfect working order. The place was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. I must also mention the host, Ashutosh, who was incredibly humble and always available to assist whenever we needed anything. His hospitality truly added to the overall experience. The kitchen was spotless, and I found that everything I needed was already available, making it very easy to cook or prepare something if needed. Bellacasa Luxury Stay is an ideal choice for couples, offering a peaceful atmosphere. I had a wonderful time and would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommend!

Place is nice and very clean , tv with Netflix , kitchen is great and above all the sleeping comfort is there with great mattress and clean linen . The place is free of clutter giving peace

I stayed at Nalin’s place for 9 nights and had a great stay. The space in so worth the price, and the service is great too. They helped me with finding a cook also who came and cooked breakfast everyday and this comfort was the highlight of my trip. Sioliim is a great area to stay in, it’s peaceful and this is a gated society with security guards present all the time - so it is safe too.

We had the till date best experience in this Airbnb hosted by Ranjan. She was very friendly starting from when we booked the bnb. It was an amazing experience. Very calm and soothing surroundings, great views and beautiful stay. All the instructions were clearly mentioned and everything felt fantastic.

The kitchen was nice , however we were cooking so sharper knives and scissors were preferred! Apart from that great place , the rooms and hall was spacious and like the photos

Overall stay experience was good. Place was good and clean. however Complimentary Breakfast was not organised well and there were not much menu options. Breakfast could have been organised better

We absolutely fell in love with the place. Staying in the house was an experience by itself. The grand living room embellished with numerous beautiful collectibles that the owners had got and carefully arranged over their lifetime is the highlight of this place. The house has the charm of a heritage home nestled in the middle of greenery and offering beautiful views. Shubham, the caretaker is a very warm and welcoming person and responded promptly to every query. The place provided us the perfect reset we needed. Wishing that this place built with so much love and care with all the lovely items within is preserved and taken care of for many many more years!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

It's the perfect place for stay with good ambience and good people to take care of you. Place is very neat precisely crystal clean. Good food is provided by the family of the care taker. You will feel as at home rather better than.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, with my family and 1-year-old nephew. The property was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with fantastic amenities. The hosts were incredibly cooperative and lovely, accommodating our request for a late checkout due to traveling with an infant, which we greatly appreciated. The location is on the outskirts of the city, so be prepared for a 7km trip to the nearest market for groceries or basic food items. As it’s a hilly area, there were occasional power outages due to loadshedding or transformer issues, but this didn’t significantly impact our stay. The jacuzzi was a highlight and absolutely amazing! Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this place to others.

A special shoutout to the caretaker for being extremely helpful and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. And most importantly, Anita, our host, has set the bar way too high for me to book any other property! Her hospitality, attention to detail, and responsiveness made this experience truly exceptional. The place was as it is the pictures. Everything is well maintained. The villa was clean and tidy. All the amenities were good as well. We enjoyed the stay. It was has a small lawn area where children can play and enjoy. The caretaker was good and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Symphony in Pashan. The check-in and checkout process was smooth and hassle-free, which made things really easy. The studio was clean, tidy, and beautifully done up, with an incredible view of Pashan Hill through the floor-to-ceiling windows. It felt peaceful and welcoming, like a home away from home. The amenities were thoughtfully provided, and the hosts, Vinita and Kannan, were incredibly kind and accommodating. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

There are two maids, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. They wash the dishes and tidy up. The one flaw is the mattresses are very firm compared to the usa. Good view, good neighborhood the society security keeps it feeling safe. If you need soap or detergent or trash bags just ask. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Around the corner is a good inexpensive vegetable market. fresh juice, chai, and vada pav. I used the hdfc atm at the destination center by the traffic circle to get rupees.

Mister Prakash, the father of Menaka and Yashna is probably the best host that I met in many years travelling the world! His kindness and knowledge of the city is unique, he ensured that the activities I booked, the restaurants I chose and the transfers I take, went smoothly. He made me feel safe in a huge city and was always ready for a support! He will be the best memory of my vacation in Mumbai!! Thank you SO much for everything! No need to look further, just book this apartment is simply perfect!!

Amazing stay, decent location a lot of stores nearby the host helped us with a few helpful contacts too. Easy check-in and check-out great and clean place the entire building is well kept. Couldn't ask for anything better. ♥️

You will certainly have a lingering aftertaste of the serenity of this place. If you are looking for solitude or a get away this place would definitely serve your needs. The owner is an interior designer and apparently traveled quite a lot which reflects in the organization of each and everything there. Personally if one pays attention to things like a 'natural' chemical free non harsh detergent in the laundry room, then that person is much like me and i would immensely respect that. Secure, comfortable, serene and homely, you would never regret it.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.
