Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round usable and insulated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and furnished with 3 rooms in the main house as well as a new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes cottage atmosphere and invites you to many hours with a fire in the wood stove, pancakes in the belly and many scenic kilometers on your feet. Bjørnegården by the Great Belt

Bjørnegården is an old beautiful farm, carefully renovated with respect for the history of the house. It is perfect for a cozy family reunion, a small wedding, a small company event or something completely different. It contains 7-8 rooms, a large country kitchen, a dining room with the possibility of small tables and a long table with up to 20 diners, 3 toilets with bath, a fireplace and a TV room. There are 3 bikes and two kayaks on site and outdoors there are good barbecue areas (two large gas grills) and many terraces.

Stay on a farm in the middle of nature, far out in the countryside.

Our small farm is located in the middle of nature. You'll love it because of the coziness, the location, the quietness and the views. Our place is good for couples, families with children. Possibility of extra beds in both rooms. We have lots of pet-friendly animals and animal babies, trampoline, swing set, sandbox and campfire area. The farm was originally built in 1773, and most rooms are well over 100 years old, so there are crooked doors and windows. We are constantly improving the facilities.

Kick back and relax in this quiet and stylish space. Leave the car in Kalundborg and go straight to our vacation apartment; it's a 5-minute walk. Ballen is a 10-minute walk from the vacation home, with good restaurants, nice shopping, and a marina. There are nice beaches nearby, and nature is right outside the vacation home, which has a large garden with an exhibition of glazed stoneware sculptures. Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Designed by Høyer Arkitektur in 2022 as a low-impact house and furnished with design classics. The sunset over the bay is the house's best view.
