Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

The apartment is furnished with all new furniture and equipment. Including linens, towels, refrigerator, kitchenware, and anything you might need to stay. There is plenty of room for a travel cot for children. Enjoy a pleasant stay here! There is also a large dining table that makes it easy to work from home! Here you also have a light trail right next door, with nice hiking areas! Only 6 minutes by car to the parking garage in the center. There is also a large garden on the outside with benches and tables for you who rent :)

Motor can be rented additionally The cabin is secluded from the sea with a few minutes walk (about 250m) and all amenities. The pier is within walking distance, but you can also drive a car. The cabin is located in a great hiking area with several swimming beaches nearby. It is possible to rent in a heated sauna close to the cabin. Parking areas are included.

Welcome to my newly renovated home, perfect as a commuter home, or as a relaxing and comfortable getaway! ☀️ There is a 40HK boat, boat space above the road. 🚤🌊 (+500kr per night for boat rental) season: April 16-November 14 Public parking and bus pocket is available just outside the house. The accommodation is close to a main road that can be busy at times, but the house is well insulated against noise. The accommodation is ready to host guests, even if there is still some outdoor work. Welcome!😀

We have two sturdy kaijaks and a canoe that you can borrow to catch a small paddle ride. About 50 meters from the house it is possible to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. Cozy boat house in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boat arch is located right on the seafront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. Bua best suited for 2 people to stay for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from June-October.

Great location right on the seafront , guests can use the part where the jetty is just below their entrance and to the right of the large anchor on the jetty. THE REST OF THE PIER AND THE SEA arch and the beach we use. ( Not to renters,) There is also the possibility to rent a kayak, 2 pieces during the summer season.

Ida and Sven's lodge is a truly amazing place! Incredibly private and peaceful, with south facing views overlooking the sea, our family (2x adults, 1 six year old, 2x teenagers) had a very restful week, swimming in the sea, BBQing, reading, boards games etc. The rooms are tastefully designed, the kitchen is very well appointed and the lodge is decorated with Ida and Sven's personal things that make it feel personal and homely. But not cluttered and plenty of space to unpack your things. We used the kayakes and rowing boat, and were offered the motor boat (which we did not use in the end), and went around the bay, seeing very few other people over the course of the week. This very special week will be lodged in my memory for a long time.

An outdoor patio area features four black lounge chairs arranged around a small table, offering a scenic view of the water and surrounding greenery. The space is covered, providing shade while allowing natural light to illuminate the area.
