Einfach nur perfekt. Von Empfang über die Betreuung bis hin zum Auschecken hätte es nicht besser sein können. Wohnung auf europäischem Standard in der Stadt mit Ausblick in fast alle Himmelsrichtungen. Dr. Syed spricht perfektes Deutsch und Englisch. Selbst bei kleinsten Anfragen um Unterstützung wird sofort geholfen. Und der Caretaker im Haus ist auch Spitze. Wenn es sein muss, besorgt er fast alles für die Gäste bevor man es selbst erledigen muss. Hier gibt man gerne ein großzügiges Trinkgeld zum Abschluß. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Very happy with the stay. The location was perfect…near to banks, shopping areas and airport. My family enjoyed the stay and Mr. Jose was very responsive to all our needs.

Nivin sir had been very helpful and responsive since the start. The check in was very easy and smooth. Radhika mam, who helped us during the entire stay has been very cooperative and understanding. They made sure to give us a warm welcome and a great homely feeling. The stay was great, with clean and beautiful rooms, and all mentioned amenities provided. The hospitality provided was at par. We had a great time living here and looking forward to stay here. I would recommend anybody visiting here to consider this property to have an amazing and wonderful stay. A neat cozy apartment in a quiet residential society. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms. The check-in and check-out was very smooth, with the apartment staff. The hosts were always available to help with anything that we needed.

The property was definitely the way it was described….. Peaceful Serene are the 2 words I can describe it….. This was a 4BHK property with one room in the ground floor and 3 rooms in the upper segment. 2 rooms had attached bathroom…. whereas another 2 bathrooms are present in the ground floor and the landing area…. Have to mention that the kitchen was well stocked with amenities for cooking…We were a group of 9 people ….. thoroughly enjoyed the stay….. Vinod was the person who helped us out in checking in….. many good restaurants veg and non veg are present in a vicinity of 2km…. and there is one small shop bang opposite to the villa wherein you can get all the necessary essentials including tea and coffee incase you are not in a mood to prepare….. This location is around 5 Kms away from the Varakala beach away from the hustle and bustle…. But yes one thing you definitely need a vehicle for travelling around….

Hari was an absolutely amazing host and his place was stunning. It was very comfortable and felt right at home. Can easily accomodate 6-7 people and has enough space. House was furnished and the kitchen was quite equipped as well. Hari helped a lot with the places to visit and everything to-do and visit nearby. quite an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this amazing place and visit again.

Such a great stay! The room is cosy, clean and everything in working order. Edwin was responsive and helpful which made check in and finding the place easy. Close to the beach and walking distance to nice restaurant. Nice outside area to sit. The home cooked South Indian breakfasts were varied and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay with my family. It’s a beautiful house with excellent interiors. The house is clean and well maintained. Manager Anoop and his wife was very helpful and polite. I would strongly this place to families visiting kerala. Special thanks to Mr. Sanjeev for his wonderful home.

Nice place to stay for a group of peeps. It has TV, washing machine fridge AC etc. Caretaker was of good help too. Recommended.

This trip with my friends became more memorable because of the host’s humility and kindness. He himself took initiative and suggested lot of local places to visit. The statutory placement of the building was just right. The rooms were well ventilated and we definitely did not require ac even on the hot sunny day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

We got the best deal and the property is the best even if you are with your friends or family or even if its a weekend getaway with your loved ones . This is a perfect spot and id recommend and again book this place . Rohit was a friendly host and the check in was flexible and easy.

Excellent stay for big groups and families close to the Padmanaba Swamy Temple, they have 2 floors with around 9 rooms which can accommodate upto 20 people. Proper kitchen with all utensils available. Dedicated gated parking available in ground floor and also has a lift.

It has all the amenities listed, I enjoyed my stay, it close to restaurants, I like one of the restaurants Imperial kitchen, it is 500 meters away.

We loved the stay here. The place is really cozy and clean, felt right at home. Rabin was super helpful throughout the stay, commnicated really we'll. We would love to visit the place again.

It was a wonderful stay with a great location in a peaceful and calm neighborhood! The lack of Wi-Fi was a bit challenging, but everything else was fantastic. Highly recommend for those looking for a serene getaway!

Nice stay. Perfect place for family with a good ambiance.

We had a comfortable stay. While there are no good restaurants in the immediate surroundings, zomato and swiggy delivers right to your door. The house was clean, and the instructions were clear. There were extra beddings, blankets, and enough space to spend time comfortable. It also has a spring strong wifi connection and a television set too. There is a gas connection, a microwave, and induction cooker, electric kettle and enough cutlery.

Love everything about the place! We felt exactly at home!!❤️ We have spend most of our time inside the apartment only as it’s extremely peaceful and beautiful with all the essential facilities. Also, Love the way host treated us and waiting to visit again super soon!
