We had a wonderful stay at Noel Tomin's place in Trivandrum! Our family of 8 felt right at home — the environment was perfect for a family getaway. Noel was an outstanding host, always available and incredibly helpful over the phone. Communication was smooth from the beginning, and all instructions were very clear and easy to follow. We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Lakeview. We were four people living in the house for four weeks and we absolutely loved it! The house is located in the jungle, surrounded by lush greenery and palm trees. We loved waking up and going to sleep to nature and animal sounds, and the feeling of how remote yet close to everything it felt. You will need to have a scooter, car, or rickshaw to get around as the house is located a bit inland, yet still close to Kovalam beach and supermarkets (10 mins drive). The host and the people who took care of the house while we were there were absolutely amazing, helping us out with all our needs and making us feel at home. The house and the location are even more beautiful than in the pictures, everything was super clean and we especially loved the terrace on the top floor and the pool area outside. I can't recommend this place enough and we can't wait to go back!

Absolutely loved our stay at this stunning villa! The rooftop bar area was a standout – what a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the views. This was a true gem! The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any queries or requests. One of our family had mobility issues and we were provided with a wonderful wheel chair that was perfect to move around the property. It was lovely having g two outdoor spaces that were covered to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There was some furniture that is a bit dated and in need of replacement in one of the rooms, but the beds were excellent and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed. The location was away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. There was a beach close by with hardly anyone on it, almost like having a private beach! Breakfast was provided, food was great! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff Highly recommend this for individuals as well as for larger groups

We stayed for 2 days and it was a special week for us as it was my son's first birthday. Nithin and his team exceeded our expectations and made it a memorable one. We really loved staying there. Do book Nithin's place if you are travelling to Kovalam.

Very tidy and lovely property equipped with everything you need. Meena is a great host and there when you need her. We had a great stay!

It’s a great place with a great host. The host Sanjeev is a nice guy treats guests really well. He suggests really good places, take his suggestion. Boat rides good cafés. The place is really clean with a beach which is just 150 meters with a great view. You can tell him about the food you want 3 - 4 hours prior. The home food provided as breakfast was awesome. I really recommend this place. You can party in the balcony with decent music. The vibe is good. Overall experience is 10/10 top notch.

Although the property is situated in a slightly rural area, the host went above and beyond by assisting with transportation to the parking area and even offering a more convenient alternative for easier access. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this stay to others.

It never felt like a rented place.. home away from home❤️ Mamtha was soo welcoming and and I felt like im going to my sister’s place. Yummy surprise welcome gift was waiting for me… Anita was sooo kind and she explained everything in detail so that u dont have to worry about anything. Everything was taken care by her. I felt like staying there for few more days. And definitely im gonna come again and again and again for sure… 5 star is not enough…!! ❤️❤️❤️

Very well maintained property surrounded by nature. We are a family of 6 with 2 senior citizens included and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Naveen is a great host and constantly checking up on us on the whereabouts and the stay.
