Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

The apartment, which has its own entrance, offers comfortable and spacious indoor spaces, with bathroom and kitchen equipped for your needs. The terrace will be your own private oasis with lake view, where you can enjoy the tranquility and relaxation of summer time. It is possible to book our outdoor sauna for an extra special experience with a refreshing bath/winter bath.

Simple and atmospheric small log cabin in the nature. A large terrace where the sun shines (when shining) from noon to evening. The cottage has electricity, but no tap water, so drinking water must be brought with the occupant. Bath water is carried from the lake. Suitable for small families and friends, as well as small events / evening gatherings. The nearest store is in the village of Sievi, about 5 km away. In winter, the Louekallio ski resort is about 5.8 km away.
