we had a lovely week at Maria's place. The covered terrace is the most beautiful room in the house with beautiful sea views. The beach is less than 5 minutes' walk, but beware, for people who have difficulty walking, the slope is rather steep to climb. Maria is very responsive and responds very quickly to messages. Agia Pelagia remains a small seaside resort in a great location for visiting the north of the island. Beautiful discovery

We had a very pleasant and memorable stay,largely thanks to the attentive and friendly host.Everything was easy and comfortable,and the host was always quick to respond and help with any questions. A special thank you for the kind birthday surprise - the warm wishes and bottle of champagne made the day truly special 😌 The place was clean,cozy,with a stunning sea view. Antonias Appartment is beautyful, very Close to restaurants and bars. The terrasse is just the most perfekt place to chill and relax. We loved every minute and hat a great time.

This was literally the best airbnb I have ever stayed in, with the best host to match. Katerina is an elite host and so, so lovely to work with. She treats you like old friends! She went above and beyond. And the house....I don't have enough space to tell you how great it is. 10/10 cannot recommend enough and I hope we get to see her again some day.

Athina and her family are great hosts, very warm and helpful. They do it with heart, you can tell. There's no better way to do it! They are also available at any time if you have questions, just great! The place is as shown in the pictures. We were there with our little son and dog, both were very warmly welcomed. For children, digging toys, high chairs and a paddling pool are available. We also received some great gifts, which is also very nice. (Fruit, olive oil, wine and homemade snacks) Parking is always available, either on the property or on the street. Many great restaurants and a great sandy beach can be reached by car in a short time. The neighbors are also very nice. We highly recommend it for families!

Had a great time here! Vasilis was very accommodating and the place came as expected. Clean, great views of the water, and centrally located to the shops and restaurants in town. Highly recommend!

This quaint AirBnB was not only comfortable but also a stone’s throw away from the beach. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment - would totally recommend! (Side note: Crete is a gorgeous but absolutely HUGE island, if you want to get around easily and visit other beaches you should definitely hire a car) 🇬🇷

We had a wonderful 15 days! ☀️ The place is very nice, super modern, comfortable and everyone was very nice! The pool was also great and always clean. Only a few meters walk was a beautiful beach, where you can also have a great breakfast. To get to the next town or other beaches, however, you need a vehicle - the nice lady at the reception also took care of that and we were picked up to get to the rental and also brought back to the accommodation when returning the quad. All in all, we were completely satisfied and didn't want to leave. Thank you for everything! 🤍

Best place in Ammoudara beach. Great apartment with large terraze. You can use swimming pool and beach beds. Beach bar with homemade delicious greek food. Family business very friendly. Close to public transport 20 mins from Heraklion centre

The stay was good, private and secluded. All listed amenities were present. Pool and BBQ were crucial to us, also worth to mention: there is an A/C unit in each room. Wifi was perfectly stable. You can hear the road noises, but it is manageable, it didn't affect our experience.

Had a great visit! Thank you for your warm welcome, as well as your responsiveness and flexibility. The airbnb is very well located: about 20-25 min from Heraklion by car and 10 min from the center of Hersonissos, not being transported I moved by bus or taxi, there is a stop right in front of the accommodation (at the zorbas village hotel) or another stop about 15-20 minutes walk. It's better to have a car to get around, go shopping because the airbnb is a little out of the way, there is no hypermarket nearby on foot, it's a tourist area with lots of hotels, the molo cafe opposite offers free sunbeds. The location is very nice and safe, on the other hand there is a lot of bus, taxis, cars but which is not too disturbing. The sea is right in front not even 2 minutes away, the view from the garden is great (over the sea and the mountains). The place is comfortable and perfect for one or two people. I would definitely stay again.

What a gem! This villa in Agia Pelagia is the perfect getaway. You get the best of both worlds: the privacy and comfort of a fully equipped villa with stunning views, just a short walk from one of the best beaches in the area. The villa is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need — whether you're staying for a few days or a longer vacation with kids. The showers are excellent (especially the one on the top floor), with strong water pressure and hot water available all day. The pool is a real highlight — private, clean, and super relaxing. And if you're renting a car, there's convenient private parking included. Fanis is a true superhost — responsive, helpful, and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning to return next year!

We were very lucky to spend some unforgettable days in the fantastic villa of Giannis and his dear mother Anna in Crete – and it was just perfect! The villa itself is an absolute dream: spacious, stylishly furnished, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could wish for. The outdoor area with the private pool, the breathtaking sea views and the tranquility all around were exactly what we needed for a relaxing vacation. But what made our stay really special was the cordiality and hospitality of Giannis and Anna. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, surprised with local delicacies and felt at home from the first moment. They were always available, helpful and provided us with great tips – whether to beaches, restaurants or hidden places in the area. We can recommend this villa from the bottom of our hearts.

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitrios’ house in Lygaria! The home is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to the beach and local tavernas. Dimitrios was an exceptional host, welcoming, responsive, and full of helpful tips to make our stay even better. One thing to note is that there are sound monitors inside the house. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in Crete.

The appartment was perfect, great location with a balcony and view of the sea. Close to nice restaurants and a quiet area. About a 10mins walk to the busier nightlife area. Was also easy to find taxis at the main street behind the appartment. The aircon worked well, and the flat had kitchenette ideal for 2 people. A small shower but worked well and we didnt mind it being small seeing you only spend 3mins of your day in it. Thanos was great at check in and check out and personally welcomed us even late on a friday night. he showed us around the neighborhood and gave reccommendations which was a nice touch.A really comfortable stay. Would stay again if we come back one day!

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

Great! Go for it! The accommodation: Wow! Clean, cozy, comfort. A beautiful terrace with a private jacuzzi that we enjoyed a lot and a breathtaking view of the small port. A kitchen with all the amenities you need (fridge, dishes, cutlery, etc.). 2 beautiful bathrooms with all the amenities you need (towels, products, etc.). Comfortable rooms. A living room with Netflix, for those who want to relax a little in the evening. The welcome: Wow! Harry was waiting for us with a smile, despite our delay (plane, car rental, the vagaries of travel🤣). On site a lot of things to start our vacation well: fruit, cold cuts, bread, water, coke and enough for lunch (jams, honey, coffee...) The big +: Thanks to Harry for his good advice (places to visit, restaurants, taverns, beaches...) and her constant availability and speed to respond during our stay. The place: Very nice port, a little noisy and lively in the evening. Good starting point for traveling.

Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Plenty of cafes and restaurants around the area and very close to Heraklion so easy to get around. Overall extremely affordable and as described with a very responsive host. I would definitely stay again and recommend completely.

5 stars are not enough to give Komissa's. The home is beautiful, historic and unbelievably located. It was not lacking in any amenity and if it was Yvonne was available to provide it. I cannot say enough about how wonderful my stay was. Yvonne is a fabulous hostess; every recommendation was spot on and she was kind enough to take me to her favorite taverna where we were treated like queens. She goes the extra mile (kilometer) to ensure you have everything you could want or need. She makes sure you see the "real" Crete, not just what the tour books tell you. While the pictures are 100% accurate and completely represent the home, u you cannot see just how centrally located the home is until you are there. And the rooftop! So peaceful and surrounded by so many beautiful plants I cannot wait to come back, now that I've traveled through Greece, i can spend my entire vacation at Yvonne's home. 100 stars all the way and i can't wait to come back to Ag.Pelagia!
