I was so surprised to stay.The apartment is exactly the same as shown in the pictures, the same comfort, the decoration is super stylish, the electrical equipment is very good, and the kitchen supplies are all available.You can see that Svetlana and the team have taken care to maintain the quality of the apartment, and I would recommend it to everyone.Looking forward to staying again sometime

I stayed at Yuris place for a week and I thoroughly enjoyed because I felt right at home. It was my first time trying an Airbnb and this experience has really motivated me to keep trusting airbnbs. Mostly I would say it is because of Yuris warmth and also the work they have put in making the place how it is. You can tell that a lot of thought has gone into the cleanliness of the apartment, the selection of the furniture and all the of the extra items they provide . Yuri and Irina have preemptively thought about what a guest would need and those particular items available in the house. They provide bus cards and SIM cards upon arrival which really puts you at ease. Almatys bus system and map app 2gis are very well integrated. I suggest everyone try use the bus cards and travel.

Rauza’s apartment is in an excellent location. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Very centrally located, with easy access to places of interest and day hikes in the mountains. The apartment is clean and bright. It is also quiet. I had a very comfortable week+ stay. Rauza provides clear instructions and useful information for tourists. She is also very proactive in her communication. Much appreciated!
