Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kodaikanal

Karuna farms is not just a stay, it is an experience. An experience so refreshing that you will carry it with you when you go back. It is a place to explore within itself with lot of things to cover - waterfall, pool, yoga, trekking and most importantly the rock. What is more important to cover at this place, is just sitting back and experience the nature around you, through out my stay I could hear birds chirping, stream flowing, leaves falling and all the other elements that connects you with nature. If you are looking for a place to escape from the urban set-up to something peaceful and refreshing, Karuna farms is the best place. Hrudayavasi is a villa type set up with in Karuna farms, it has some transcendental energy that let you connect with your soul. The portraits of Lord Krishna setup all over the place are so beautiful and you can just stare at them observing the details. Overall this is a great place for having a refreshing experience and getting closer to nature.

I loved the place, it’s private. I wish we had a better view as major part of the view was blocked by construction happening. Place is nice and cozy. Care taker helped us with everything. Kitchen could be a bit cleaner as we planned to cook. Restaurant above was amazing and served us very nice hot food. Special thanks to Satya and his mom to feed us well through our stay.

Had a great time at Jo's even though we had limited time. The host and the caretaker was very helpful. While we checked in, it was late in the night so we didn't realise the property had such beautiful views but we were stunned when we woke up in the morning. About the place it is located in a quiet and private spot with beautiful views from every corner of the property. We definitely will come back again. The jeep ride to reach the property in the night was thrilling

Our stay at Elsaaz Villa was perfect. The host (Joe) and caretaker (Sujan) were gracious, and took great care to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The bonfire and BBQ grill were the highlights of the stay. Highly recommend this stay if you plan on staying in Kodaikanal

It was absolutely amazing! The place had a traditional structure yet so modern. It all felt very natural and beautiful amidst the buzz of Kodaikanal, private and perfect. They have a caretaker who helps out, and he was very sweet and the fact that we booked this cottage absolutely made our trip. Definitely would visit again.

we were 9 people stayed here it was very well maintained property very clean The food provided was good we liked the breakfast very much the host said only dosa and idli is available but both were really tasted very good The host knows only tamil but he tried hard and somehow we communicated so that was not a problem we stayed for 2 nights one night we had some wifi problem I don't know but texted the host and he said it's due to rain other than that every thing was good Their cabin rooms are so cool and cozy and the view from there is also nice

Wow beautiful place to be with your loved one , we came around sunset time , sky was so colourful , not to miss the sunrise and walk to dolphin nose through pine forests , many good restaurants and cafés near by . Thanks for hosting

This is by far the most amazing place I've ever had the opportunity to stay at! The only regret I have is not choosing to stay longer, but I've made a pact to return hopefully every year from now on. The location was absolutely stunning with lush landscapes, a cascading waterfall, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, I mean, what else can a nature lover ask for? India is truly, truly beautiful and with places like Mathew's that allow guests to experience one of India's diverse geographical beauties, one can be said to be blessed to have the opportunity to stay here! The stay was peaceful, private and definitely healing. The place was easy to find with the help of Waze, but the ascend and descend is strenuous, especially for people who are not very used to climbing steep steps, slightly treacherous and definitely not suitable for the elderly. The staff were very helpful and efficient when it came to receiving us, helping us with our luggage and delivering our food. Highly recommended!!!!!!

We had the time of our life at this beautiful Airbnb in Kodaikanal! The place was incredibly pretty surrounded by nature, peaceful vibes, and stunning views. It was exactly what we needed a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts were warm and welcoming, making our stay even more special. Can’t wait to come back again!

Priyanka and Shyam were an amazing host. The stay was beyond our expectations. You don’t even need to go out anywhere to enjoy Kodaikanal, it’s all there! I would visit again and recommend everyone to visit at least once!

Amazing place worth the price, walkable from Altaf cafe, though the vehicle can’t reach there directly it is bit on top so have to walk only.

Adventurous jeep ride to the estate in an extreme offroad small rocky mountain. very friendly crew taken care very well. Good food and chai too.
