a beautiful colonial place with a fantastic romantic ambiance. The balcony overlookng the patio was our favourite place. Bathroom could use some paint. Situation is very central and quiet in the meantime. The staff is very helpfull and friendly and they serve good food in the restaurant.

Highly recommended!! Superb rooms, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice and varied a bit every day. Good location, a supermarket 1 min away and also close to many restaurants. Reasonably close to Kochi downtown, easily accessible with taxi. Will stay there if I visit again!

This Airbnb is a room in Tissa’s place a small boutique hotel with 9 rooms in the heart of Fort Cochi. The hotel is beautifully decorated with antiques. Our room was spacious and clean with a king size bed, aircon and great bathroom. A kettle for making tea was provided along with bottled water and a hair dryer. What made our stay so special was the friendly staff- Sanitha, Christina and Shifa provided a warm welcome on arrival and each time we returned from sightseeing. They offered suggestions and responded quickly to any requests. Breakfast is included in the stay each morning by chef Biju who is magic in the kitchen, he runs the in-house restaurant which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. We had wonderful Indian food which was very tasty and great value, other styles of cuisine are also available. Highly recommended

A friend and I had a night to spend in Kochi, and were so happy to have found Tissa's Inn. We were greeted upon check-in with a cold, delicious ginger drink and a smile. They were flexible and understanding with our evolving check-in and check-out schedule, and we had great food in the restaurant. The rooms were spotless, the inn was nicely decorated and tidy, and the air conditioner made our room a haven from the early-summer heat outside. It turns out we were the first AirBnb guest to stay at Tissa's and were so glad we did!

Manajaly Backwater Resort is a wonderful place to stay! It's VERY clean and quiet, and the view of the backwaters is stunning. Bird life abounds; so if, like me, you wish to be awakened by bird song, this is the place for you. Boat rides are easily available and provide glimpses of the wonderful scenery all around. There is an excellent taxi service available -- ask for either Nias or Ajmal. Both men are extremely knowledgeable about the area and will take good care of you. Praveen's assistant Chandra is a sweet, fantastic guy! He's very smart and efficient, and will provide you with everything you need. I had an excellent time. This is a place for people who want to get away from the crowds in Kochi and enjoy the flavor of local life. I wish Praveen every success! With all good wishes, Minakshi

Fantastic ambience with a spacious balcony. Suite room attached with club room which have more area like our home. Well maintained and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Restaurant food was nice. Wish to stay here whenever I come to kochi. Perfect couple friendly 4 star hotel. Really loved and enjoyed the stay there for 2 days. Thanks for the host.

My wife and I spent 3 days here. The island is secluded and perfect for a getaway. I loved that you can only reach the location via boat. We were the only guests on the island when we went; we had the island to ourselves. The service was spectacular! I cannot say enough about the service Ajith and the rest of the crew provided. Ajith was very resourceful and helpful in providing info regarding what to do in the area. He personally arranged for us to experience the local Kathakali dance! Other crew members were always there to help with anything we needed. The food was good. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the lake. The only issue was that wifi was spotty throughout the stay. Overall the stay was wonderful and would love to go back again!

Brunton Boatyard has to be one of the best places to stay in Fort Kochi. From the carefully decorated rooms, to the fantastic views, one could not ask for better. A special thanks to the staff, who were all very helpful and courteous. The breakfast spread was plentiful and of great quality and I really appreciated the selection of teas in my room too. All in all, it was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back.

We had the most amazing time at Jaike’s place. This was our first day traveling through India and what a start. The food was delicious, everything was arranged very well, the swimming pool. We felt really at home. Would recommend this stay to everyone asking a place in Kochin!

Our family totally enjoyed the stay, the place was beautiful and worth for the money. Just six minutes drive to airport which is great, Gopalakrishnan was very helpful and friendly and provided all the required information clearly. Excellent communication and friendly staff. Calm & peaceful location. Mr. Gopalakrishnan is a very friendly host who made the check-in & check-out process very easy. Also he allowed an early check-in in case required, but I reached after 3 pm only 😊..

The staff were so kind, helpful and accommodating. My husband and I stayed here with our 9-month old baby and the staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable. and they had great recommendations for local places too. The rooms were clean and the hot water and AC were so nice. We would definitely stay here again
