Welcome to our bright and spacious apartment. As soon as you wake up, you can see the lake and the Karwendel Mountains directly from the bed. The large south-facing terrace with loungers or the sunbathing area in front of the house invite you to sunbathe. Lake access offers the possibility of swimming. Hiking, biking, surfing, diving and many other activities are possible here. Relax in the sauna in the house or swim in the pool. This will make your holiday unforgettable.

From here you are 5 minutes walking distance to the city center. Would you prefer a trip to Lake Staffelsee as well? In 10 -15 minutes, the beautiful Staffelsee is also within walking distance. This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
