Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Kočevje

Traumhaft! Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Mateja war super nett und sehr gut erreichbar für Rückfragen. Von fer Unterkunft aus kann man viele Highlights in Slowenien gut erreichen. Man kann die wundervolle Terasse aber auch einfach zum ausruhen nutzen. Wir würden uns sehr freuen bald wieder dort zu sein!

Alloggio e posto incantevole , ottimo per una vacanza di relax immersa nel verde, prima di arrivare l’host ti da tutte le indicazioni necessarie per arrivare e l’accoglienza è stata perfetta , candele e due piccole bottiglie di spumante come benvenuto. Il posto è ancora più bello e accogliente di quanto pensassi e l’host è stato gentile e presente anche quando gli ho posto qualche domanda , consigliatissimo!!!

The wellness retreat was a real getaway in Slovenia! The place was spotless and surrounded by beautiful nature. The little town had a supermarket with everything you need. The house was beautiful and had a lot of facilities. We made good use of the big and well-equipped kitchen, indoors and outdoors. A BBQ and outdoor stone oven to make real summer meals! The saunas were a real addition to our holiday. Igor always replied really fast to our questions and text and was a very welcoming person.

We loved our stay at Goričice, everything from the surrounding beautiful nature, the comfort of the accommodation which had everything we needed to the incredibly kind and helpful host. The experience was true Slovenian hospitality at its best.

We had an amazing stay here, Uros explained the history of the house and showed us some antique items and told us the story about it. Very friendly and helpful, they even showed us their horses and let us spend time with them. I wish we could stay longer, will surely visit again. thanks for hosting us

Marreta is great person and very helpful! She even went to a restaurant to "rescue" me because of the rain. and we had some wine toghether talking about life in Yugoslavia and Slovenia times. She also speaks Italian (her husband speaks English). Bradesco new renovated house, for a family with 4 or 5 people. I was alone and did not use the kitchen but I saw brand new equipaments. Greta stay!

The house is surrounded by vineyards, the view is spectacular (the other side of the valley is Croatia). The bathroom is new, the kitchen is basic. If you want to spend some time in a quiet area, far away from “civilization”, you should try this accomodation. Neva’s husband Janni accompanied us to the location and showed us around the house, it has a winecellar with a nice local red and white wine we could taste for free. One thing you need to know: at 7 am the bells of the little church nearby make enough noise to wake up a deaf man!

This house is amazing! ❤️ You can really feel the family's history in the house. I highly recommend this place! We loved staying here... The peace, quiet are lovely and the house has wonderfull views of the mountains. Everything that you need is available. We also loved that the parents of Jan greeted us upon arrival. They were so nice!

Wir wurden gleich zu Beginn herzlich mit einem Willkommenssnack empfangen (auch unser Hund hat einen Snack bekommen). Der Check-In war problemlos und einfach. Aleš hat uns sehr viele nette Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig. Die Unterkunft selbst war super schön, auch der Wellnessbereich hat uns entspannende Momente bereitet. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet. Das Bett war riesig und sehr bequem. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Modern luxury house with amazing pool, many bbq possibilities, table tennis etc. We had great welcome from Marko and his father. We stayed in the flat on the ground floor. The other flat on the 1st floor had no guests during our stay, so we had all the facility just for us, which was great.

Wow, wow, wow!!! We stayed at Villa Katerina for a week over Christmas and it was just perfect. It is a stunning place with everything you could need and plenty of room. The surrounding area is just beautiful, quiet and rural. It was truly idyllic. Having the fire was wonderful and made it feel extra special. It is easy to get to Ljubljana, Zagreb and other local towns but also perfect for walking straight from the door into the countryside. Michael gave us some excellent recommendations of places to go and is very helpful and responsive. He also gave us gifts of homemade honey and honey liquor which were very gratefully received! We would have stayed longer if we could!

Heerlijk verblijf op een fantastische locatie. Zeer mooi en perfect om vanuit Slovenië en omgeving te ontdekken. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid.

La casa era stupenda, ci siamo sentiti subito a casa; la sauna fantastica, volevamo provare la piscina ma purtroppo faceva troppo freddo. Le camere belle e luminose, letti comodissimi, e la rete fantastica ci siamo divertiti a salire e a farci gli scherzi. L’unica cosa la strada è lunga e un po’ brutta per raggiungere la casa( noi siamo andati con due BMW, una macchina più altra è meglio) però ne vale la pena veramente, peccato che siamo stati solo una notte. Moja, suo marito e la figlia molto gentili e simpatici ci hanno accolto con un grande sorriso è lì ringrazio ancora tanto per questa bellissima esperienza.

Un capodanno molto bello, in uno spazio grande e che da la possibilità di passare molto tempo insieme ad amici e parenti. Marko è sempre stato gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi indicazione e aiuto, il luogo è molto bello e ampio e ti permette di fare sia all’aria aperta che al chiuso ciò che ti pare.

Een gastvrouw met een warm hart. De bestemming was een paradijs in het midden van de natuur maar met alle comfort. Prachtig uitzicht van de verschillende balkons. Gelegen langs een wondermooie rivier. Leuke wandelingen. Top zwembad om te verfrissen. Wat een luxe in de mooie Sloveense natuur.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche. Das Haus hat 3 Etagen, 1 Duschbad, 2 zusätzliche WCs, großzügige Zimmer und viel Platz im Außenbereich mit zahlreichen Sitzgelegenheiten. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Direkt an der Küche im EG gibt es einen überdachten Bereich zum draußen essen sowie eine Grillecke. Im 1. OG gibt es angrenzend an den Wohnbereich mehrere gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten rund um den Pool. Besonders beliebt war die überdachte Couch draußen mit traumhafter Aussicht. Da das Haus 3 Etagen hat, gehört das Treppen steigen zum Alltag - für uns war das vollkommen in Ordnung. Die letzten 200 Meter Anfahrt zum Haus sind sehr steil, aber gut machbar. Das 2. OG mit den 2 Hauptschlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage. Wir haben die unmittelbare Umgebung erkundet. Rund um das Haus kann man wunderschön spazieren gehen. Weiterhin waren wir an der Krka wandern und haben einen Ausflug nach Ljubljana gemacht. Für Kinder empfohlen sei die Minicity Ljubljana und die Cowboy Country ČOŽ Farm.
