Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kobuleti Municipality

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely countryside home! The house was cozy and well-kept, and the nature around it was beautiful with wonderful view of nature from its windows. Also you can walk 7-10 minutes to the entrance to Botanical Garden of Batumi (trough a small grove). The host family was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home with their kindness. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway vocation.

Дом - отличный, тепло, уютно, горячая вода, электричество работает без проблем. Всё необходимое есть, очень много посуды, полотенец, белья, что является огромным плюсом. Тихое место, красивые окрестности, рядом пляж. Очень довольны, что выбрали именно этот дом, обязательно вернёмся еще! Отдельная благодарность Марии за доброжелательность и отзывчивость!

Відпочивали в цьому помешканні і залишились задоволені! Все чисто, охайно, затишно. Є гарна зона барбекю. Господарі доброзичливі. Ідеальне місце для комфортного відпочинку з сімʼєю.

It was a family-like experience for our family of 4 adults + 4 children. Zurab was extremely helpful and attentive. Big comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean bathroom. Gorgeous garden with fruit and peas was the perfect place for children to unwind. A lot of space for luggage. We had access to open areas around to have a lunch outside and relax in a hammock. Walkable surroundings, 20 minute walk to the sea and to the Chakvi park. Supermarkets nearby, great bread shop just around the corner. Batumi botanical park is quickly reachable by car and is gigantic. We will definitely stay there during our next visit to Chakvi.

Мы провели две чудесных недели ноября в гостеприимном доме Мераба. Чакви - отличное место для тех, кому хочется побыть в тишине и красоте сельской Аджарии. Дом расположен в шаговой доступности от остановки автобусов и маршруток (они ходят очень часто), от центра Чакви с магазинами и от моря (минут 7 пешком). Мераб встретил нас в аэропорту под проливным дождем. Все подробно рассказал, всегда был на связи, но не был навязчив. Нас угощали мандаринами. яблоками и лимонами из сада. А главным другом детей (и нашим) была собака Альма:) В доме было все так, как можно увидеть на фотографиях. Когда мы приехали, было прибрано и чисто. В кухне есть все необходимое, включая средство для мытья и губки. Гостиная хорошо отапливается газом, в других комнатах прохладнее, но есть электронагреватель, который мы перемещали в зависимости от наших нужд:) Холоднее всего было в ванной, там необходимы тапочки, пол во всем доме кафельный. Думаю, летом этот дом просто идеален, но и осенью в нем очень уютно:)

Lasha is a genuinely warm and helpful host. He makes the effort to show you everything and the local area because he wants you to have the best stay possible. He was very responsive and respectful and I felt he genuinely cared about my Airbnb experience. When the weather is nice, there is some great views here. Calm & peaceful experience apart from some nearby barking dogs occasionally but not all the time & it didn't stop me from sleeping well. Highly advise having or renting a car, your experience will be much better.

Das Apartment war einfach super – schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die Gegend ist total ruhig, perfekt zum Abschalten. Und trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto ruckzuck im Zentrum. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit frisch zubereitetem türkischen Kaffee und einem köstlichen Eiskaffee begrüßt – ein wunderschöner Start! Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts haben sie sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns an nichts fehlt. Wenn es mehr als 5 Sterne geben würde, hätten sie diese absolut verdient! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A stunning place with an amazing view within walking distance from the sea, with quiet neighbors, a delicious restaurant nearby, comfortable living conditions! Tamaz, a very nice owner, respects the personal boundaries of the tenants, shares grapes. It was very nice and caring!

Great flat! One of the best I’ve seen in Georgia after living there for 2 years. The location is near everything in the town. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The owner is very helpful and friendly

Чистые и удобные апарты, красивый вид на море. Хорошо, что номер находится в крайнем корпусе, не была слышна музыка, которую довольно громко любят включать диджеи у бассейнов. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, максимально быстро реагировали на вопросы. Спасибо большое еще раз!

His house is really perfect. He has a much more beautiful house than the photos. The heating is very good, there is both air conditioning and a nice heater. The projection is very high quality, real 1080 pixels. I noticed the last day that there are many technological devices, not just a PS5, but I couldn't use it because I noticed it the last day. There are many things in the house that are not even in normal houses, such as a large refrigerator, coffee machine, grill. Apart from that, the house is in the building closest to the sea. The inside of the site is very nice and very secure. The landlord is incredibly friendly, he answered my questions immediately and found solutions to everything. Even though I left the house, he is such a good person that he said he would help me during my stay in Batum. I am dying to visit here again. Thank you for everything, brother.

Vše co jsem potřeboval jsem se dozvědel od hostitel. Byt je vedle radnice v centru, tak že bylo všechno na dosah ruky. K moři 2 minuty do centra 2 minuty 👍🏻👍🏻

Прекрасное место для уединенного отдыха. Дом посреди природы, в 3 минутах от моря. Иванэ очень заботливый хозяин — я приезжала поздно и он встретил меня на вокзале, чтобы я не потерялась. В доме очень уютно и тихо. Точно хочу вернуться летом в высокий сезон

Lovely apartment straight on the beach! Very comfortable! We had a great stay! The little supermarket is very convenient and the botanical gardens are very close by. Lots of National parks to explore nearby.

Квартира лучше чем на фото!!! Она и правда очень уютная и милая, не смотря на то, что не большая, но в ней было все для отличного отдыха! Чистенькая и светленькая! Очень впечатлили «заботливые» детали. Прищепочки, удлинитель, салфеточки, зажигалка, туалетные принадлежности и прочие мелочи, которые говорят про заботу! Много посуду, стиральная машина, бойлер с горячей водой! Отличное расположение! Прям рядом с входом в парк, где мы гуляли по утрам! Вокруг много кафешек и магазинов! Очень отзывчивый хозяин! Ответил сразу и был вежлив и всегда на связи! Отдельная огромная благодарность за то, что позволил заселиться раньше. Мы приехали раньше и для нас это было прям важно! И это прям показатель и отзывчивости и заботы о нас! Благодарю еще раз за отдых и прекрасную квартирку! Очень всем советую! Буду рада еще туда приезжать! ❤️🥰

Apartment is very clean and in a good location. Walking distance from most attractions. Maia is super friendly and responsive and neighborhood is very friendly as well. We were a family of five and found the apartment suitable for all of our needs

It was my first time booking with Airbnb and I had a wonderful stay at Pavel’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location is especially perfect for a relaxing visit. And I also want to highlight Pavel’s communication. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out. I really appreciated how attentive and welcoming he was. He is definitely the SUPER HOST!!
