Parking along the city wall by the highway. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (for 2 people each). In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate an additional 2 people.

The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of service, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

The property is located in Koblenz Metternich. The city center is 4.5 km away. Bus stop is out and about. Supermarkets (5 min), a bank (5 min), a pharmacy (20 sec), the Bundeswehrzentralkrankenhaus BWZK (7 min) and the University of Koblenz (2 min) are within walking distance. Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.
