The home has been newly renovated. Direct access from the dining area to a beautiful garden with plenty of beautiful sunny spots. Silence and plenty of nature. The home has a total of 8 beds divided into 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. The home has 1 large modern bathroom and 1 smaller guest toilet. Private office.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

This cozy apartment is located in the heart of Maribo, 2 minutes from the city square with café and market square every Wednesday and Saturday. The beautiful Cathedral and Nørresø are just a 5-minute walk from here through the old town. The apartment is part of our house, where we live, a family of 4 and 2 cats. However, there is a private entrance and it is separate. If you want to see the exciting Knutenborg Safari Park, it is only 10 minutes by car. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, at the end of a closed road. Close to forest, water, city and highway access and exit. Just 10 km to Knuthenborg Safari Park and 5 km to Krenkerup Estate with Brewery-Tractor Museum. Only 24 km to Krokodille Zoo and 30 km to the Fehmarn Belt tunnel. We live 45 km from the southernmost point of Denmark, Sydstenen in Gedser. Stone sculptures with music The Dodekalitten in Kragenæs is just 27 km away, where there is also the possibility of taking the ferries to the islands Fejø, Femø and Askø.

There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadows, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an evocative dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a peasant blue table.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Right next to the seaside resort of Bandholm is this cozy half-timbered house, which previously belonged to the Knuthenborg estate. Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Tiny house in the orchard

We have spent a long time renovating our little wooden house with upcycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests visit. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forests, good beaches, medieval villages, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quails and free-range silkie chickens, which may well go crazy once in a while. The house is 24 sqm in size, and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.
