This apartment is located in the beautiful Weberviertel in Potsdam. Peaceful in a small side street but centrally located. Within walking distance you can reach s-Bahn, bus and tram and the park Babelsberg. The apartment is ideal for families, smaller groups and business travelers. It can be rented for a short time or longer period of time. Free parking is available outside the house. In addition to the price, there is a 5% city tax (cash or bank transfer payable via Airbnb).

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

The sun terrace is my 2nd living room: eat outside or relax in the lounge corner with a glass of wine – just enjoy life.

Within a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the property by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). The small shop for groceries, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service can be done within 200 m to the property. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space on the property can be booked for 5.00€/night.

Filmpark Babelsberg/RBB/Medienstadt apartment

Our guest room is particularly suitable for exploring Potsdam (and also Berlin) by bike, train, car or on foot. Both the Filmpark Babelsberg and the district of the same name are interesting excursion destinations. The S-Bahn train, which is about 15 minutes' walk away, takes you to Berlin in 25 minutes or Potsdam city centre in 10 minutes. You can drive to the motorway within 5 minutes, but neither they nor the train can be heard at night.

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow house, right next to our house on a large plot. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) and further sleeping possibilities on a couch (1.20cm wide) down on the ground floor. We use this cozy and stylish guest apartment for our family & friends. We are happy to offer this apartment to Berlin enthusiasts in times not personally used. It has a living and dining area, one bedroom with a box spring bed & a bathroom. In the living area, the sofa bed also sleeps 2. The apartment is located on the ground floor/basement and is 45 square meters in size.

Comfortable 2-room apartment

My guest apartment offers space for 2-4 people on 45 m2. It is comfortably furnished-modern and invites you to linger - so my guests say it:-). After a long day of excursion, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and a shower room. With more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
