Fantastic houseboat in the middle of Berlin

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Just let your mind wander. Take a vacation at the Scharmützseeseesee in Germany's most beautiful lake. Just 5 min from the beach, the bungalow offers a living and dining area with large kitchen and separate bedroom. The entire house is decorated to a high standard and can accommodate a maximum of 2 people. Also up to 2 dogs with max. knee height are welcome. The property is 450 sqm with two terraces covered. A carport for your car is also available.

Our tiny house is not only romantic but also modernly equipped. Experience days or weeks full of relaxation and silence, on request also with a dog, near Berlin.

Unwind and recharge!

Take a break! Schlagenthin is a small place to relax and linger. There are many lakes in the area that can be explored by bike or on foot. Should it go to the capital, no problem, the train station is a 10-minute walk away. For small children, Willes world is just the thing. A large playground and many animals can be seen there.🐅🐫🦓 Buckow is not far away, there are cafes , restaurants and an ice cream shop with their own production.
