Our house was built in 1897 by our great-grandparents Carl & Marie and has been renovated by my family in recent years. It is located in Storkow, a small Brandenburg town, 60 km southeast of Berlin's city center. The house has two separated apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the attic which are rented separately. This is the listing for the loft apartment. If both apartments are rented, they can be connected to each other via a door on the ground floor.

"At the carpenter"? Forget your bias and prefer to think of an oasis. This is best for you. No neighbors and your host is almost always on site for tips and information. Despite the quiet location, especially from the end of the day, you are never alone. Due to the outskirts, the proximity to a commercial area is close to nature. They still have it here: fence lizards, Gierlitz and evening primers. We do a lot to do to live as naturally as possible.

The cozy 35m² bungalow with outstanding lake views, a small garden and covered terrace is very well equipped and can accommodate 2-4 persons. It has a living room with integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The cozy fireplace heats the bungalow with wood. One infrared heater also warms the bedroom. Nice quiet apartment (54 sqm) with kitchen, bedroom, shower room and balcony. The spa is right on the other side of the pedestrian zone (you can walk down in the bathrobe). The center and shopping facilities are a 400 m walk away. And to the shore of Lake Scharmützel, it is also only 400 m through the spa park. Entrance to the apartment is accessible. There is a double bed (2m x 2m) available.
