From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Quiet city apartment

The apartment is located in a 300-year-old half-timbered house on the 1st floor. It is very spacious (65 sqm) and absolutely quiet despite being close to the center. The renovation was done from an ecological point of view. Due to the old clay walls painted with glue paint, there is a natural indoor climate, but they need special ventilation rules that the tenant must abide by. There is no TV, Wi-Fi is available. When the weather is nice, a sitting area in the garden can be used.

The open living / sleeping room makes the apartment interesting especially for couples, friends or solo travelers. Surrounded by fields, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, it is a great place to relax. Nevertheless, great excursion destinations are quickly reached by car, which can be parked in the parking lot right outside the door.

A place to feel good – like a home away from home Our time at this beautiful apartment was simply fantastic. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love for detail and style the accommodation was furnished with. Each element is thoughtfully and lovingly selected – a perfect blend of coziness and tasteful design. We felt like at home from the first moment. Everything was sparkling clean, equipped to a high standard and radiated a warm, inviting atmosphere. A big thank you also to the host, who was always helpful and easy to reach – friendly, attentive and always with an open ear for questions or wishes. We had a really great vacation at Lisa's place. Very nice location overlooking the lake. The garden was also very nicely landscaped and you were welcome to linger there. Lisa is a great host and also gives good tips. We gladly recommend the accommodation and thank you for letting us stay there. A place to forget the stress of the rest of the world. We were warmly welcomed, the accommodation was very high quality and the grounds an absolute dream. There were even farm products to buy. We would love to come back here again and again and wish we would have had more time. In summer, the apartment could get hot, so evening ventilation is necessary.

We really enjoyed the vacation, it was the most beautiful apartment so far. The furnishings are perfect and you can't get enough of the view of Lake Schwerin. The old town, the harbor and the castle can be reached in 30 minutes on foot; in about 5 minutes you can buy fresh fish or smoked fish and in about 10 minutes you are at a swimming spot with a great little bistro with deck chairs. From the apartment, we took various great bike tours around all kinds of lakes - just beautiful... I'm sure we'll be back!

Super clean, stylishly furnished and well-maintained accommodation in a very nice and very conveniently located location, everything is easily accessible on foot. Paid street parking can be easily booked with the app. We landed a direct hit and would choose or recommend the apartment again at any time.

We enjoyed our stay at Roland's very much. The place was clean, well appointed and cozy. You'll feel right at home here. From here you can explore the entire city and the castle on foot. Roland was very friendly and we highly recommend the accommodation.
