Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

This newly built accommodation is located at Sälfjällstorget/Olarsgården with walking distance to the ski lift in Lindvallen (about 8-10 minutes). The property has lovely living areas. Kitchen and living room are open plan and have high ceilings. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy factor. 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (pool opening hours June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike trails.

The accommodation is located above Sälfjällstorget, which offers restaurants, shops and an ice rink.

Nearby the house goes the Vasaloppet track where you can run, bike or ski. Start of Tjejvasan, located only 2 km away from the house. It is easy to get to ski resorts in Grönklitt and Sälen. Pleasant both summer and winter! The house is newly built in a mountain style with all mod cons. Towels and bed sheets are included. Hot tub and EV charger is paid separately.

The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.

The cottage is located in Klippens ski area in the part referred to as “In the middle of the piste”. Ski road to and from the cottage easily takes you down to the ski slope. The cottage consists of four apartments, and this is located at the first floor overlooking the mountain. Access to the wood-fired sauna outside the cottage (shared with the apartment next door). There's also a nice barbecue area next to the cabin.
