Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. This newly built accommodation is located at Sälfjällstorget/Olarsgården with walking distance to the ski lift in Lindvallen (about 8-10 minutes). The property has lovely living areas. Kitchen and living room are open plan and have high ceilings. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy factor. 4 bedrooms with a total of 9 beds. Two fully equipped bathrooms with shower and sauna in one. Ski storage with good storage and ski boot heaters. Here you have all the amenities such as dishwasher, washing/drying machine and drying cabinet. Perfect accommodation for large groups.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area, there is a pool and paddle tennis court (pool opening hours June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike trails.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. With walking distance to the nearest lift and Experium. With delightful views towards the slopes from the balcony on the highest floor and the pool area located just outside. During the summer, there is a pool and padel facility next to the apartment building. Two bedrooms with combined kitchen and living room. Sauna for two people, stove, drying cabinet, private parking, Wi-Fi and smart TV. There is parking with a charging station for electric cars.

Det är bara att sätta på sig skidorna och åka ut i Karinbacken. Från Karinbacken är det lätt att ta sig till Lindvallens största backe; Gustavsbacken. Städning ingår. Linnepaket finns att hyra samt uppbäddning av säng. Det går på 150kr per person (ungefär €14) och det innehåller 1st kuddöverdrag, påslakan, underlakan, stor och liten handduk.

Cabin in Kläppen ski in-ski out

The cottage is located in Klippens ski area in the part referred to as “In the middle of the piste”. Ski road to and from the cottage easily takes you down to the ski slope. The cottage consists of four apartments, and this is located at the first floor overlooking the mountain. Access to the wood-fired sauna outside the cottage (shared with the apartment next door). There's also a nice barbecue area next to the cabin.
