Vacation rentals in Klampenborg

We spent 3 nights in Taarbeck and got to know our way around pretty well! We didn't have a car, but were able to catch a bus at the end of the driveway and be at the Klampenborg train station in about 5 minutes. If you miss the bus (which we did once) you can just walk to the train station-- it's about 15-20 minutes but it's on a private path behind all the houses so is a nice walk. On weekends the bus runs hourly (or did when we were there) so plan accordingly, or plan to just walk to the train. Be sure to walk up to the Hermitage and then to the Bakken amusement park -- it's a wonderful walk, with horse-drawn carriages passing along the way, and a sweeping view of the sea from the Hermitage. The house itself is elegant and easy to live in, beautifully decorated and modern. There's a little restaurant nearby, and a self-service grocery but you need a pass to get in. (The locals would let us in if it was locked.) Highly recommended!

Patrick is a fantastic host, and if you like Indian food his restaurant has some of the best. The apartment was exactly as described and photographed. When I come back to Copenhagen, I’ll be staying with Patrick again.

We have stayed in this house for two summers in a row! We are a family of four, our children are ages five and seven. The kids feel very comfortable in this beautiful house. We have immensely enjoyed the use of the outdoor area, with its incredible and beautiful gardens and patio furniture everywhere. There’s also a trampoline and, berries and apple trees making it ideal for our kids. Inside the house is decorated in a traditional and  beautiful danish style. Our hosts have been incredibly generous to let the kids use their trampoline,  Legos and coloring books to keep them occupied and  happy. The house is flooded with sunlight, and cozy and comfortable in every way. We have cooked meals here, eaten outside or inside, had popcorn movie nights on the couch, and so much fun here. This house is ideally situated in a quiet suburban neighborhood, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the town. We had a wonderful stay at Hanne’s home! The house was spacious and comfortable—more than enough room for the three of us. The garden was absolutely beautiful and serene, a perfect place to relax. With three levels and several cozy areas to unwind, the home offered plenty of space to enjoy quiet moments or gather together. The location was ideal for our trip. We parked at the nearby train station and easily took the train into Copenhagen, which made exploring the city simple and stress-free. While walking to the station might be a bit of a stretch, biking is definitely an option, and the drive is just a few minutes. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing holiday and visiting our family in Denmark. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend Hanne’s home to anyone looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay.

Lovely home in Charlottenlund that is close to the train station and cozy town center. Plenty of space for us to relax, including two balconies to enjoy some fresh air. Hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Das Haus ist sehr charmant, persönlich und schön eingerichtet. Wir waren mit 4 Kindern dort und haben uns trotz schlechten Wetters sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten ein wenig Angst etwas zu beschädigen oder durcheinander zu bringen.

Wir waren drei Nächte zu Gast in dieser schönen Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet und Anita hat uns diverse Lebensmittel parat gestellt. Auf dem sonnigen Balkon das Frühstück geniessen in ruhiger Umgebung war herrlich! Die Lage ist gut mit ÖV zu erreichen, auch wenn sie etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum liegt. Einkaufsläden in nächster Umgebung. Wir würden ohne zu zögern gerne wieder kommen. Anita hat immer rasch reagiert und viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben.

Très joli appartment avec terrasse et jardin. Hôte amicale, aidante et réactive. Environnement merveilleux (entre mer et un immense parc naturel) à moins de 30 min du centre Copenhague. Si vous êtes courageux vous pouvez aller au ponton vous baigner avec les Danois ! Petit conseil, regardez les horaires du bus 388 qui passe juste devant la maison, sinon rajouter 15 min de marche jusqu'à la gare mais le trajet est agréable (en passant dans le parc).
