Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and chickens, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.

Inspired by both Japanese and Scandinavian architecture, stepping into the large villa is a very special experience. The villa is especially suitable for families with children and is only a few minutes walk to the station from where there are trains directly to central Copenhagen every 10 minutes. The house is ocean fronting and very close to the sand beaches of Amager Strand, the kayak / SUP rentals and icecream shops. Restaurants, shops and the metro, which will take you to the city centre in less than 10 minutes, is just a short walk away. You will be close to everything!

The room is equipped with a double bed and a storage cupboard . Centrally located with the train station and bus stops in close proximity as well as shops and eateries. It takes approximately 30 mins to the city centre by train. DTU, Novo Nordisk and the bagsvaerd lake are also very close. The place is ideal for sleep overs , city tours , longer stays and business travel.
