Waterfront vacation rentals in Klaksvík

Really cozy apartment in a nice and quite surrounding overlooking the fjord. We had everything we needed and the apartment gets warm quickly with the heating. You just have to be aware that it is quite a drive to get to the spots because the cute little town is at the far end of a road but everything isn’t far on the Faroe.

Very spacious and lovely place! At the back of a petrol station thus easy to buy snacks and refill your car. Highly recommended!

The location is beautiful, facing the ocean with two access paths to the seaside. Two windows overlook the ocean from the dining room. Everything is very quiet and the activity upstairs is very modest and quite bearable, not annoying at all. The living room is a little dark, not facing the view but very comfortable, with blankets and comfortable cushions. The bedding is excellent, and the bathroom is functional. the decoration is suitable and tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. Nancy helped us a lot during the marathon so that we didn't get stuck in the roadblocks. Recommended without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay! Sunneva greeted us welcomingly with fresh homemade bread, jam, and coffee. She was always friendly, helpful, communicative, and overall, a wonderful host. We felt right at home in this Airbnb, and Sunneva's hospitality really stood out in comparison to other Airbnbs I stayed in. She even showed us where we could swim in the ocean! Highly recommend this place :)

Our stay at Fríðas apartment was perfect! The apartment is well equipped and just like the pictures. The view from the bedroom is amazing and we‘ll really miss waking up with the view across the mountains and water. We would definitely recommend a stay at this apartment and would love to come back.

Would stay here any time I’m in the Faroe Islands! They are incredibly responsive and also went out of their way to get us tissues when we told them we kept getting runny noses due to the weather. The house itself is always warm and very comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring many Faroe Island attractions (Mykines, lake above the ocean, witch’s finger, etc.) I appreciate the fully dark blinds to cover the windows. Note that the pillows are very soft and you might want to bring your own if that is an issue. Nicolina’s place is the basement of a house and there are soft footstep sounds above if you are a light sleeper.

Everything we needed and we were quite comfortable. Stores were near and Hilmar was very responsive and helpful. So enjoyed talking to him and getting a sense of the lovely FI and people. Can't beat the view out the window every morning, and the bedroom was dark enough for those that aren't used to the midnight sun! Located right outside tunnel from Streymoy/Torshavn so ideally located for our daily visits to other islands. Hope to be back!

Everything was good, it is a lovely place where we had a wonderful week, and Arnfrid was very friendly, welcoming and communicative.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about the place. It's one of the best places I've stayed in a while. It has everything, it's squeaky clean, it's easy to find and the hosts are extremely fast to respond. 10/10 can recommend!

Very great place to disconnect and get close with nature in the beautiful North East of the archipelago

the house is very cozy and clean, and the trump card is a beautiful view of Klaksvík and the beautiful nature. Moreover, perfectly located because beautiful hiking is possible without having to drive too far. The supermarket is also very close. Very friendly host, with the heart in the right place.

Staying in this house is a gift, it is a little time pocket - authentic, cozy and very well-equipped and well-functioning. Really nice and helpful host. I hope it never changes.

It is the second time I am in the same house and I could be many times. Helena is a very kind and nice host, even if I haven,t personally met her. The communication with her was easy. Everything was perfect.

Perfect accommodation for a stay in the area, I recommend it! Thank you again for the fruit and cereal bar provided :) You have to anticipate the duration of the shower.

We loved staying at Benita’s place. Benita left us snacks and drinks upon arrival and was super responsive to any questions. The ocean view out the window was terrific, and the place was great to come back to after long days of walking, hiking, driving around the islands, etc. And it’s just a quick 5 minute drive into Torshavn, or a 20 minute walk. Everything was just as advertised!

Excellent location, and place was just as described. No disappointed. Kitchen is very well equipped. After a hike it was nice to chill out on the sofa.

I loved Atli’s place. It is so lovely and comfortable. It has everything you need and a breathtaking view. Atli is also a welcoming and helpful host. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anybody visiting the Faroe Islands.

Guðrun was super friendly and provided us with a lot of suggestions to do in the area. The place was small but nice and cozy. The furniture was brand new with everything we needed. The apartment had a nice view of the mountains around it and was in the center of where we wanted to hike and see.

very cute, great location, super clean, easy to access and amazing view. The only down side was we had a hard time keeping hot water in the shower but the kitchen always had hot water...wasn't that big of a deal for us though.

I recommend this place to everyone. The host is very helpful, the house is very comfortable and with a wonderful view; it is also super equipped. In a convenient area for many excursions. Super recommended!
