Monthly Rentals in Kladnitsa

I’ve stayed here many times now and the main reasons are because of the parking, the comfortable bed with clean fresh linen and the quietness of the apartment. It’s on a main road but I’ve never heard any other noise. No parties. No noisy neighbours. No strange noises. I hired a car and there is a designated space for it in a private car park directly outside the building. The apartment is on a main road providing a good place to be to drive into the city or get on the road to other towns. Communication with Cosher has always been fast and helpful. It is a clean modern building and there are two elevators. No steps into the building or stairs once you are inside unless you choose to take them. When I need somewhere to stay in Sofia I always check availability here first.

A good place to stay if you want to go hiking in Vitosha Nature Park. There are some excellent trails through the forest to the neighbouring districts of Zheliznitsa and Simeonovo. I stayed for two months in July & August of 2024 and found the unit cool and comfortable. It's a good spot for a quiet getaway. Radoslav was very helpful after my flight was cancelled and I arrived a day late...and then the train didn't get into Sofia until 10pm. Responded quickly to all my questions.
