Beautiful home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown Ashland (3 miles) and I-64 (5 miles). This is a full size newly remodeled basement with it's own outside entrance. Great host and great setting. Access to the beautiful back yard, kids gym, gazebo, firepit, grill and covered patio. The basement has large windows in the bedrooms and queen beds. Located 8 minutes from King’s Daughters Hospital and 30 minutes from Huntington, WV hospitals. Long term travel workers welcome.

Hello, Our guest house is very private, quiet, cozy, secure and exceptionally clean. A great couples retreat with 2+miles of hiking trails and a vast space for outdoor activities and wildlife viewing. The beds are comfortable and the heat and air conditioning are great. We have all the amenities...all linens are furnished. There is a washer, dryer, iron and hair dryer and detergent. We are nestled on over 100 acres of land and are 1000 feet from the nearest highway.

Farm house in the country . About 6 miles from Lake Vesuvius in Pedro , Ohio Large yard. Near a small creek . Great for hunters or if you just want to get away. The house has window air conditioners. There is a front porch where you can sit and rock or swing and just take it easy . NO INTERNET OR WI-FI. But there is a landline for local calls or 911 There is a camper in the back yard that is rented also. Call or email me for more info.

What an amazing stay we had at The Cozy Inn at the Barn! The thoughtful touches throughout the inn made us feel at home and well cared for. It was a cozy space, a comfortable place to retire each evening. There were many sweet surprises left for us, such as a bottle of wine, fresh eggs, drinks in the refrigerator, and s'mores supplies. Unfortunately we didn't have time to make s'mores this trip, but would love to return and explore more of the outdoor activities & scenery. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with coffee & tea supplies, fresh fruit & local honey. The entire space had a cottage style feel, along with many conveniences, to include a number of toiletries available for use in the beautifully decorated bathroom. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting the WV/KY/OH Tri-State area. We visit family once or twice a year, and the local BnBs are a lovely change from chain hotels. To our hosts: Thank you for everything! I apologize for not posting this sooner!

The place is wonderful! It has a boutique hotel feel thanks to some lovely small touches and the cute design but with the comfort of things like getting to have coffee in your pjs and a washer/dryer. Also it was bigger than I expected based on the photos. Check in was easy and the location is nice too! I was able to explore Ashland and Huntington but there were also cute shops and a restaurant right underneath the apartment. I’d happily stay here again so if you’re thinking of booking it— do it!

Host was super responsive on any questions I had. My boyfriend and I just stayed for one night for the Riley Green concert and loved the homey feel. It was also super clean, didn’t even look like anyone had stayed there before lol. Highly recommend if you gotta stay in the area.

We were only here for one night as we were stopping for a concert at the Marshall Health Arena. It was a nice quiet stay and I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area for anything. We actually arrived a little early and were accommodated with an early check in which was very nice as well!
