Linda and I would like to invite you out to stay at our place. This is a place where you can come in and stay and relax. You can read a book, walk down the road or walk in the fields. You can go out and see the horses or talk to the dogs and cats. We can handle any guests and we will treat our guests with respect. In return, we ask you to treat us and the people who help us with respect. I have lived on this quarter of land for all of my life and strive to be an asset to our community.

There is a smart TV which is loaded with MANY streaming applications. Exercise Bike and workout DVD'S.

This home was built in 1924 and we have strived to maintain its character (and quirks!) while making modern updates. As long-time residents, we have plenty of local recommendations. This home is very clean and very nice! Comfortable furniture and bed. Steven gave good directions to the location and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We come to Beaver once a year to sale our calves at the sale barn and we will definitely stay here again!!

If you appreciate wide open spaces and beautiful views, this is the place for you. The kids loved playing in the yard and there was plenty of space for a large group to stay. We wish we could have spent more time there.
