The apartment is in the old town (67 m2). A modern residential building (Teatra street 2), built in between ancient houses of 1900 and 1785. Floor 5. There is a KONE elevator. The apartment is equipped for a comfortable stay. Great location. There are shops, restaurants, cafes, museums, museums, exhibitions, transportation nearby. Perfect place to rest and work. Maximum 4 guests (2+1+1 ). Maximum amenities (50+) Photos are an important part of the service description. Response time to questions, inquiries/reservation requests - usually up to 5 minutes

Perfect location: Alfrēda Kalniņa street, 1-4b

A very comfortable and stylish flat in a renovated house. 2nd floor (just above the ground floor), wide staircase, high ceiling. Adjustable central heating, floor heating in the bathroom. A perfect accommodation for two people in the very centre of Riga, with your own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, the washing machine that can both wash and dry. This 19th-century building was renovated some months ago. All the major attractions are within 1 to 5-minute walking distance, as well as shopping malls.

This gorgeous rooftop studio apartment is a great place for your stay in Riga! It is located in the best possible location – the Old Town. Staying here means being just a few moments away from the best cafes, bars, restaurants, and sights Riga has to offer. Great place to do some work and also the beautiful terrace is a bonus if you want to step outside and see the view from the top. We offer you a modern apartment in a newly constructed building. The apartment is located in a quiet area to the park and the Botanical Garden. Near the house a department store "RIMI", in which there is a pizzeria, a cheese factory shop, a pharmacy and a Hesburger. Nearby there are all kinds of public transport (tram, bus, trolley bus). The Old Town is 15 minutes, Airport 15 minutes. Near the house is free parking. The territory is fenced, there is a playground, a quiet courtyard.

The apartment building is a new project, situated in a quiet place. Very close to public transport that takes only 10-15 minutes to the Old Town. In 10 minutes walk there is Domina shopping center and railway station where both Vecāķi beach train and Sigulda city train departs.

Modern apartment in a historic building from 1912. Riga is considered the Art Nouveau capital of Northern Europe. Here you can not only find many buildings with stunningly beautiful facades, but also live in one of them. The apartment is located 25 minutes walk from the Old Town and a few minutes walk from the famous Kalnciema quarter Public transport stops are right next to the house, which gives a certain noise. Please pay attention for this.

Great place to stay at, very quiet, private and beautiful nature view from the terrace. Cozy room with all required appliances. Very good train conncetion to Riga center (45min), few minutes walk to nearest train stop. Beach also not too far and additionaly there is also a mini beach on the property. Optional jacuzzi and sauna was defintently worth it! Great host and highly recommend this place. :)

The apartment is PERFECTLY clean, it's just beyond praise! Great new linen on the beds, new renovation and everything is in perfect order. There is everything you need: a good, quiet house, the location is excellent, you can walk with a dog and a child, there are green and quiet courtyards around. In the kitchen there is a kettle, tea, sugar - the minimum that is needed. Check-in is fast, non-contact, instructions are clear. I recommend to everyone, the apartment is great, we will come back!

Lovely little house, but still very spacious. The house has all the facilities, comfy sofas, large TV, all kitchen appliances, literally everything needed not just for a short stay, but for a proper long stay with a family etc. Location is perfect, 15 min walking to the sea, 5 min walking to a local store, 25 min driving to central Riga. Definitely recommend!
