Dundee is half-an-hour's drive south and Aberdeen an hour's drive northwards.

My unusual holiday home is part of the unique Bridge House built over the River Ardle in k1881. It has recently been renovated to a warm and cosy standard! The “Wee Bothy” offers a great base to explore the North East Coast, our scenic Angus Glens, and nearby Towns and Cities with places of interest all around. The Seaside/Harbour town of Arbroath is a 5 min drive away, with lots of lovely Cafes, Restaurants, Cinema and Theatre. Golfing, Fishing , Kayaking round the Cliffs and Walking, are plentiful in and around the area with Carnoustie Golf Links a 15 minute drive. Bus and Train Station in town for those who want to venture further.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
