This place is really a hidden gem and a rare find in Kingston. The place is nestled in the heart of St. Andrew and is located close to all local attractions and night life but still secluded enough to provide peace and tranquillity. It’s the perfect balance. The apartment is self contained, very clean, private, quiet and has modern amenities. Ramaar is very responsive and accommodating and aided me in navigating around the first few days back on the island. It was truly a good stay and I would definitely recommend and return. Don’t hesitate on booking 🙂

This was actually my second stay at Sunita’s place but I forgot to leave my first review within the 14 days so this review covers both stays. First off, I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Sunita’s place. It’s exactly as described: comfortable, cozy, and most importantly, very clean throughout. The kitchen was quite well equipped, and the complimentary water in the fridge was welcomed. And yes, the views are stunning, and moreso at night. It’s in a beautiful quiet residential location, and shops and local amenities are within easy reach. Sunita is a very responsive host, and her brother Sunil who manages the listing is also very helpful and friendly, as is his family who reside next door, so I felt safe having them so close by. I especially appreciate that they accepted and welcomed my little dog! I would definitely stay at Sunita’s place again and would recommend to other’s without hesitation. Thank you for being great hosts - and for the mangoes!

I had a great stay and was made to feel most welcome...a big shout out and thank you to Raymond and Amanda who caretaked the place and who made my stay pleasurable and was always on hand if I needed help. I would recommend particularly if your seeking somewhere to retreat to where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle whilst at the same time if you want some action and wish to go to the beach and local market to buy provisions if catering for self as there are kitchen facilties or eat out at the local eateries the various eateries such as Jerk Pit is not far away, the beach is five minutes walk away and there is also a local taxi service that you can use. Thank you once again. 😀

Ms. Margeurite had the right idea when naming her space—*Serenity* truly sums up this location perfectly. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a super quiet and relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. As an extra touch to the welcome, we were greeted with fresh mangoes—just in time for the start of the season, which was a lovely and personal touch. The view from the property is beautiful, and the location is ideal—peaceful, yet conveniently situated. Ms. Margeurite was a warm and responsive host, even taking the time to check in and ensure that everything was going smoothly. It was my friend’s first visit, and we both had a fantastic stay at *Serenity*. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Fully recommended

Ms Paula was a great host. She made sure everything is alright and she was so helpful. Her clean and cozy place is located in a safe and peaceful area - few minutes ride to shopping, restaurants and hospital. Free use of washer is a plus for me. I would highly recommend Ms Paula's place, and definitely would go back again next time.

I looooove this place!!!! Between the beautiful breeze and trees talking to me… I felt so relaxed. Adequate amount of space to spread out yourself…. The yard is fruitful…. Overall lovely place and experience….

Everything was great. From the check-in process to the stay itself. Rolando was extremely helpful and communicative as a good host should be. The location was calm, quiet and conveniently close to many facilities and businesses one would want to visit. All in all, it was an awesome experience and I was pleased to the point where I extended my stay.

The home was so peaceful and clean i highly recommend betty’s place, trust me u won’t regret it and she’s so understanding and patient. Her co host Andrea is so sweet also… overall i give her a 100/10

I had a very enjoyable stay. The suite was clean, comfortable and just what I needed to relax. The accommodation was very private with its own entrance, veranda and kitchen. There is off street parking and accessible taxi services to the centre of Spanish Town. The location is close to the new trans island toll road, making it easy to see this island. I enjoyed my stay so much I am extremely likely to return.

My stay at Melva's was a comfortable one. She responded quickly to any needs at the home. She had great recommendations of activities to do around the community, as well as the local shops. It was very comfortable there and would love to go back some time.

Excellent! Just what I needed. Great area/neighborhood. The place was perfect for my short stay. Most importantly it was sparkling clean. Also there are great views from the apartment. There are some steps but nothing out of the ordinary. The host was helpful and assisted me with my bags. I also had a rental car and parking was easy and convenient. I would highly recommend and stay here again and again

Host was extremely responsive and proactive. Friendly and helped with local recommendations. I felt right at home with dependable WiFi, AC and hot water. Property was extremely safe and secure with locks gates and cameras. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed from soap to shampoo to laundry detergent. She also left me some local snacks . Great experience

I had an amazing stay at barbara’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to specific landmarks, attractions, or convenient areas. Winston was incredibly welcoming and communicative, providing clear instructions. This was our second time staying at this property and experience was the same as the first. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting old harbour/ St Catherine, and I hope to stay again in the future!

My family enjoyed the bliss of nature that Trevor's Travellers Inn is located near. The extremely close proximity to hair salon, grocery store, restaurants that serve even vegetarian option was amazing. The ATM is close, fuel station and lots of Churches. A nice nature drive to Ocho Rios and Port Maria through beautiful Rio Nuevo. We recommend a few minor beauty touches, but for the economic value it is worth it. Laundry availability made the difference with Shawna's help and she made our apartment so clean during our stay. We appreciated that the community was quiet by 1:30 am. Understandable being a small town, night life is vibrant. The people in the community were considerate, warm, sociable and respectful. Thanks again for hosting us.

My Mountain View stay was superb. lots of fresh air, great scenery, a home away from home. the culture and activities in town was wonderful also the restaurant food in the area was great. The Host was so sweet and available.

We booked Celia's place for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The patio space and pool are really relaxing and also great view of the city. Celia is very responsive and helpful, great communication. Hope this helps, I recommend booking!

We had the most wonderful stay with Pierre; great communication, the view is absolutely stunning and the home has everything you need and more! Air conditioning is perfect and the landscaping is so nice and clean. An absolutely gorgeous property; the birds are Breathtaking! Surely you will make memories here to last a lifetime!
