All Sleeping / eating areas on second floor for peaceful nights and right in the heart Kingsland near Wake Point and the sand bar. Extra large driveway that accommodate an RV or boat trailer. We have taken everything into account and want to you to leave your worries at home and come spend some time in our 2 bedroom home. We have a great room on the ground floor with oversized couch for watching TV and unwinding.

The waterfront home features a stone exterior with multiple levels, illuminated by soft outdoor lighting at dusk. A cozy fire pit is positioned near the pool, which gently reflects the evening sky. Spacious decks provide access to both the pool and stunning lake views.

The bunkhouse is a private guest suite...separate from house, with it's own shady deck, lake view, and lots of private beach. It is a NON-SMOKING property. This means no smoking anywhere-not even the beach. Pets are allowed ( dogs) if meet guidelines listed in "other details". ( I also have a guestroom in the house that is listed on Airbnb that sleeps 2 ) I will consider allowing 1 perhaps 2 dogs, MAKE SURE you read additional info in "Other Details" below..
