We absolutely loved this house, it beyond exceeded our expectations. Clean, cute and cozy. It felt like home. Very comfortable space for our family of 5. We loved too many things to list but a few of the top things are price, cleanliness, cozy-homey feel (the beds were AMAZING). Super easy to check in and out. The listing and check in and check out instructions were very clear and direct. This was my first time staying Airbnb and it definitely set the bar high.

This place was the perfect location while we were visiting family right around the corner. Place is older, but very clean inside and out - which makes for a comfortable stay. A/C worked great, hot water and a preferable area in Kingman for us. Up on a bluff to overlook the city and be in a quiet area. No frills, nothing fancy, but quiet, private and perfect for relaxing while visiting family.

We’ve stayed at Scott’s different homes several times and every time we are completely satisfied. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great to walk the dogs and fenced in backyard is great. We’ve already booked another stay for our trip home!

Scott was a wonderful host. We had a last minute change in plans and had to leave a day later. He was very flexible and accommodating. The home was wonderful and the dogs were happy with the big enclosed yard. Would highly recommend anyone to stay. Will stay again in the future. Thank you Scott!

Scott's place was in a great location, it had nice mountains surrounding the place. There was plenty of food choices very close and departmentz stores very close. Perfect put stop right off the "40" or would be a good choice if you were staying longer. Like other have mentioned the bed, sheets and comforter were very soft and relaxing, we would love to know the brand so we could purchase. Would recommend to anyone.

So peaceful. We spent two nights to be close enough to the Hulalapi Indian Reservation to white water raft on the Colorado River. It was wonderful to return to your home after a long day on the river, relax, wake up to birds chirping, and three deer sitting on the front yard to welcome us when we returned. We even saw a roadrunner scoot through the back yard. We dined at the Lodge which is walking distance for a nice quiet dinner.

We had an amazing stay! This is a great place for a quiet, peaceful weekend. The home was very comfortable and well-kept, making it easy to relax and unwind. The mountain views are stunning, and we loved seeing elk and deer right from the property—there’s wildlife galore! There’s also a cute little lodge just down the street and plenty of great hiking nearby, with incredible outdoor scenery all around. The owners were responsive and super helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy nature in comfort!

We had a great family vacation for the weekend! Definitely recommend this cabin for the pool table and astonishing view!
