The unit is super close to the train station and to the trams. 2 blocks away is Brunswick Baths, highly recommend. The unit was peaceful, minimal noises/sounds, clean. The ambiance was great, indoor plants and outdoor plants on the balcony made the place feel super inviting. Another 2 blocks there is a shopping centre with all the shops. Lots of restaurants around. Will come again.

Rodger is an absolute legend—the best host you can meet!!!!! Everyone needs to experience this apartment when visiting Melbourne. If you love the fast pace of people having fun, you are staying at the best location—close to everything you need to have fun!!!! This apartment has charm and character. Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯

We had an AMAZING stay! John and Alice have done a wonderful job with this Airbnb. It was perfect for a weekend away. Close to restaurants, shopping, Spencer street station, location was great! Beautifully appointed and spacious home on an excellent property. All the amenities you would require on holiday. Perfect if you want to explore the area. The host’s communication was excellent. We would go back any time.

Richard always communicated promptly and was very easy to deal with. The house was perfect for a fun weekend away and the highlight was definately the spa on the balcony. A lovely touch to arrive with a chilled bottle of bubbles and the heater on for us, a very thoughtful host.

Fran was amazing and friendly. The right entertainment was provided for our kids. Also had perfect recommendations for the winery on the property. We had a great time during our stay.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Warby retreat! Such a beautiful home in a peaceful location. The house had everything we needed and it was really warm and cosy. We were visited by lots of birds (which we knew not to feed). 🙃 Absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place!

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. We loved Gingers on the Hill. It feels like home and is full of thoughtful touches to make your trip away that little bit special. It's an elegant nod to the mid-century aesthetic and so comfortable and quiet. So great. Highly recommend.

Lucinda’s property was one of the best air bnb we stayed in. She was so kind to leave necessities like bread, eggs, milk and a bottle of sparkling :) the house has great views and excellent facilities, especially the very well equipped kitchen. We took the opportunity to cook meals and everything was available and convenient. The kids loved the big bathtub and there was adequate heating throughout the house. Highly recommend !

Serene and beautiful place. House was perfect for a relaxing long weekend during winter. Spotless, cosy and felt completely relaxed. Andrew is so responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

Vincent's place was great for our girls birthday weekend. The place was lovely and clean and in the perfect position to see Melbourne city.

Excellent location with breathtaking views and a warm, welcoming host. Peter greeted us personally on arrival and was very flexible with both check-in and check-out timings, which made our stay even more convenient. The apartment was clean, exactly as pictured, and within easy walking distance to great restaurants and major Melbourne attractions. Highly recommended!
