Amazing location (if you like solitude). Beaches right there! Wonderful megalithic sites nearby. Horses to pet. All amenities you could want. Had a blast cooking in the wonderful kitchen. Weather was AMAZING. We had some downtime at the beach and watched beautiful sunset which was recommended by our host! We HIGHLY recommend this place. We were sad to leave it.

Westport, Mayo. Charming Seaside Cottage

Often we stay in airbnbs to do laundry and save on meals. There’s always so much to see and do. Paula’s cottage is a place to just relax and enjoy the view whether in the kitchen or bedrooms or living room.

Lios an Uisce Cottage Connemara

PattiRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed in Cashel for 3 nights during our Ireland trip. The cottage was lovely — even nicer than the beautiful pictures. We enjoyed watching the bay each day. The beds were very comfortable and the size was just fine for 2 large-ish people. It is close to Roundstone and Clifden. Malachy Bodhran’s workshop is a must see in Roundstone - what an interesting person!

Old Head Seaside Cottage

CatherineRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a wonderful stay at Paul’s cottage with our two young kids. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Paul was a fantastic host- always quick to respond and full of amazing local recommendations for restaurants and local attractions. The location was ideal: tucked away in a peaceful, private spot right between Louisburgh and Westport, so everything we needed was just a short drive away. But the highlight was the beach—just a short walk from the house, it was serene, stunning, and perfect for unwinding with the family. We couldn’t have asked for a better home base in Mayo! Highly recommend and hope to return someday!
A serene coastal view showcases gentle waves lapping at the shore, with soft white foam forming at the edges. In the distance, rolling hills and rugged mountains are outlined against a clear sky, while a small white structure can be seen along the horizon.

Contemporary cottage with sea views

We had a very good and proactive communication with Rachael and Bruce upfront. The house was as described, although you could see the difference between the photos were taken and today. Beautiful view on the sea, very lovely inside and perfect for a larger families. We liked especially the very comfortable beds.
