The Annexe is a bright, quiet and comfortable modern self contained space with a private entrance and parking on the drive. Broadclyst village has two popular pubs both serve great food and are only a 10min stroll there is also a post office and corner shop. The Cathedral City of Exeter is a 15min drive and is also easily accessible by bus from Broadclyst. Close to Airport but away from flight path, easy access to A30 and M5. Choice of 2 Train Stations Cranbrook or Pinhoe which are a 5min drive

Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Lamb Cottage is a semi-detached house near The Lamb Inn in Silverton, a pretty village about 7 miles from Exeter and 7 miles from Tiverton on the A396. A good base for anyone visiting Devon on holiday or for work. Lamb Cottage was refurbished in 2016 and has underfloor heating on the ground floor with radiators on the first floor. The main room has a wood burner and there is a patio outside; there is a parking space for 1 car and there is also ample free parking in the village car park

The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.
