Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Kill Devil Hills

The cabin was clean and well managed. There was enough beds to sleep 6 and if we consider the sofa bed it can be 8. The location is good and very near to shops and restaurants. The only limitation would be the low and slanted ceiling in the living room and foyer. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Our family had a wonderful trip to Manteo - and Faryn's place was fantastic. Great location with beautiful views. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Faryn was very helpful and responsive and helped make our vacation a relaxing, stress-free week! We hope to come back another time.

Lynn was extremely responsive and helpful. The neighbors upstairs were extremely loud, and Lynn was very helpful in resolving that. My kids enjoyed their time at the beach, and we had all the room we needed.

We loved our stay at James’ condo. The location is away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to get to everything within minutes. The condo itself is directly across from the pool, which was perfect for us. Our kids loved walking around the marina and watching all the boats. The condo is updated, very clean, and had everything we needed. James was very responsive with any questions we had. We can’t wait to go back!

Such a great location and apt. Super cute and lots of kitchen equipment for making something at home or reheating leftovers. Close to downtown Manteo which was super fun. Love the beach island vibes of it all. The property is awesome. Very dog and kid friendly.

Loved our stay here. Great place to get away for a quick weekend to enjoy the Outer Banks in the fall. The proximity to the beach and the bit of a view we had was great (even saw some dolphins,) and the condo had everything we needed. Would 100% stay here again when we're back in town.

The view from the large balcony is spectacular and the location is perfect! You’re right on the beach and not next to a public access, so even on the holiday weekend it wasn’t too crowded. We were also able to walk and bike to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Chris and Karen’s place was very clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches. It was a perfect couple’s retreat. We will certainly stay here again!

A beautiful condo in a beautiful location! The furniture was very comfortable and the condo was fully stocked. The living/dining space was bigger than we expected from the pictures which was a nice surprise. The community was peaceful and had tons of opportunities for walking around.

We had some trouble with the keyless keypad not accepting the code we were given. Although it delayed us being able to get into the unit, the team from Village Realty was exceptional in the their response and we had 3 people assisting us, after hours to resolve the situation. The unit was awesome, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, nice coastal decor and great walkable location. Some instructions for using the four tv remotes would be helpful! The one true negative is the window above the bed in the bedroom by the entrance. Although it has blinds a tremendous amount of light from the hallway still comes in and it lights up the room at night when you are trying to sleep. It could use a room darkening shade or curtain. Overall would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful host, easy to communicate and get in touch with. You get a lot for the money here, condo was clean, had everything we needed, the pool/recreations area was such a bonus, we loved it!! The area around is filled with lots of restaurants, shops, sights, and of course the beach! Wonder time in OBX!! Thank you so much!! Would gladly stay again!

We loved our stay here! The condo is beautiful and we enjoyed the record collection (carefully). The house is beautifully curated. The path to the sound beach is literally steps away from the back patio, plus a secret way to Jockeys Ridge. Close to many things in Nags Head. We will happily stay here again.

This was our third time staying here! We love the water views, location, and peacefulness of the neighborhood. We would love to return again soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Danielle’s-very much. It was so clean I didn’t feel the need to bring out my own Lysol wipes! 😂 The only thing that caught us by surprise was that the condo was on the third floor and no elevator. That is probably my fault as I may have over looked it in the description-very likely. It’s just a lot of stairs for two Senior people but we made it! Danielle’s place was wonderful and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Perfect stay in OBX for a large group. Plentiful beds w en suite baths, movie room!, and amazing large kitchen/living/dining. Pool and hot tub a great plus. Excellent location steps from the beach and just a mile to groceries and shopping. Would definitely stay again!!

Rebecca’s place was amazing and so was she! The house was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Area was very nice. Rebecca was super friendly and responded very fast. We had such a fun stay! Would highly recommend

We had an incredible weekend getaway at this lovely townhouse in the Outer Banks. The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the coast. The layout was great, with plenty of natural light and a cozy vibe that made it feel like home right away. One of the highlights was access to the clubhouse, which added an extra level of fun and convenience to our stay! The host was communicative, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and we felt very well taken care of throughout the weekend. Note: The townhouse does have stairs, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues—but if you're able to handle stairs, I can’t recommend this place enough. Perfect for couples, friends, or small families looking for a relaxing Outer Banks escape!

Casa Koi was absolutely stunning in person. In all honesty I am very pleased with my choice. Nicole is an awesome host. She’s very easy to communicate with and she loves to make sure you’re doing good during your stay. The kitchen is very spacious there are 2 tables that can easily seat 6 people in each one and 2 who could sit where the island countertop is located. The kitchen has a lot of daylight windows which is great bc you get a complimentary view of the Currituck Sound and can enjoy access to the deck in the mornings when drinking your coffee or stepping out to make phone calls. My children enjoyed the pool and my mom really enjoyed having access to the hot tub. The neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. You’re able to walk to the beach from the home if you wanted to instead of driving. The walk takes about 7-10 mins. She does have beach chairs and I think a beach tent or canopy which I didn’t notice until I was leaving. I will definitely be returning for sure

Great neighborhood and location. The house was perfect for our family Christmas for 14 guests and 2 pups. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Awesome having the extra fridge and dishwasher. We would definitely book again!

The house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation! The pool, hot tub, and club house were great amenities. Place was clean, spacious, and a in great location. Neighbors were friendly and grounds were well kept. Areca was a great host! She went above and beyond to make our stay even better. We can’t wait to come back!

Jorge was an excellent host - very proactive and responsive, and just a pleasure to meet and speak with. We thoroughly enjoyed his beach home, and we are very happy it was available to us.
