The vision for this home came about after we traveled in Europe and fell in love with the calming, slow-paced lifestyle of villages along the coast, mixed with rich architecture focused on natural elements & a soothing palettes. We designed and renovated this beach cottage to exude inspiration from those experiences and create an escape for ourselves and to share with others. We look forward to hosting you!

This beautiful cottage has been renovated, offering the perfect mix of modern conveniences & true Outer Banks nostalgia. I do have several listings in this neighborhood including next door to this cottage. Centrally located, 2 king beds & rooms with Smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, large 65” smart tv, excellent WiFi, covered patio, outdoor shower, ping pong, rope swing & new decor. Pet friendly.

Our private downstairs apartment is close to both the beach & the sound! Bring your bikes or walk to enjoy the sunset on the sound or the beach access that is 1/2 mile away. Centrally located with grocery stores, shopping, Target, gas stations & restaurants only 1/2 mile away. The space has a private key-less entry, outdoor dining & living, outdoor shower & comfortable clean living. Our place is good for couples, small families with infants/toddlers, solo guests & business travelers.

Special *Off-Season* Offer! Book 5 or more nights and get one of those nights on us! (Special not available May 15-Sept. 15. Special available for all bookings made on or after 12/31/24.) How does it work? Simply make your reservation for 5 or more nights, send us a message to let us know you qualify for the special, and we will deduct the rate of the lowest priced rented night. Rent 5 nights? Pay for 4. Rent 7 nights? Pay for 6, etc. (The free night must be used during the same stay.)

Conveniently located at MP 6.5 - very close to a movie theater, Target, grocery stores, put put golf courses, go cart racing, shoping and lots of restaurants. Walking distance to Avalon Pier and Awful Arthur's seafood restaurant. Well stocked and perfect for families. Summer season rentals have 7 night minimum with Saturday check in and check out.

Nothing fancy, but a quaint spot for a those who want to be by the sea. Octopus's garden: The octopus is a mysterious, elusive sea creature that decorates and tends the entrance garden to its hide-a -way home with a collection of shiny and found objects.
