Enjoy this beautiful spacious old building apartment, It is very central, 10 minutes' walk to the water, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful promenade Holtenauer Straße with its numerous owner-operated shops! The apartment has a terrace with sun in the afternoon, a bathroom with shower and a guest toilet, a small but very nice designer kitchen! The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and therefore unfortunately has a few steps and is therefore not completely barrier-free!

It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

The brightly decorated living room/bedroom, the fully equipped kitchen and the small terrace area make your stay perfect. Popular beaches are about 15-30 minutes away by car. A bike route is suitable for cycling and skating. There is a train stop and bus connections. Various shopping facilities are within walking distance.

Linens, towels, hairdryer and the classic kitchen and bathroom utensils are at your disposal.
