CAU is about a 20-minute walk, Opera house is about 19 minutes' walk, Art Academy - 2 minutes' walk, Train station and ferries approx. 15 min. walk, Highway entrance about 5 minutes by car. Wi-Fi. Die Unterkunft mit zwei Privatzimmern liegt in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus direkt an der Zufahrt zur Schleuse in Holtenau. Sie hat einen separaten Eingang mit Duschbad, Schlafzimmer (Einbett), Wohnzimmer, keine Küche. Bis auf die Möwen und die Geräusche der Schiffe ist es sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe laden Restaurants und Cafés ein. Die denkmalgeschützte Pflasterung auf dem Haushof ist nicht geeignet für High Heels und Gehilfen. Im Sommer lädt die Seebadeanstalt zu einem nahen Bad ein.

Light-flooded apartment on the upper floor of the "Flying Dutchman" building in the famous Olympic Port in Kiel, just a few meters to the beach and promenade with restaurants, cafes and shops. Due to the floor-to-ceiling window front in south-west direction, the apartment is flooded with light. The big balcony is equipped with table and chairs as well as an awning and has sun from morning to evening. With its bright oak parquet and stylish furniture the apartment is inviting to feel good.

Hi everyone! you will stay in a 1-room apartment (27 square meters - 3rd floor of an apartment building - without an elevator) located directly on the beautiful Schrevenpark. The apartment was completely renovated and modernly furnished in January 2023. Holtenauer Straße, the city center, the university, shopping, restaurants & cafes, as well as KIELER WOCHE, are within walking distance. Free parking is available in and around my street - possibly waiting time.

Upstairs, however, there is a door which is locked. The place has a separate entrance. We allow you a flexible key handover. Welcome to my cozy 3-room apartment at Gerhardstr 47 :) The apartment is centrally located in Kiel in a traffic-calmed side street of Holtenauer Straße. Right around the corner are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants & also a bus stop. The apartment offers two bedrooms and a cozy living room. If necessary, an airbed can be set up here for additional guests. In addition, I will set up the baby bed if necessary :)

Die nächste Haltestelle ist in 4 Minuten Entfernung. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: Citti-Park, Rewe-Center (Plaza), IKEA und verschiedene Supermärkte. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig. Bei uns bekommst du einen erholsamen Aufenthalt.
