1898 Character Home with modern kitchen and bath. Lots of amenities. A few blocks from Lake Michigan. 30 miles from Green Bay. 30 miles from Door County. I recently moved to Green Bay for work, but I did not want to let go of this wonderful old house. I hope you enjoy being here as much as I have for the past 15 years.
“Shane’s Kewaunee house was a great place to stay for a sold out Packer game. Only 30 minutes away, unless it snows, then allow some extra time. The house was clean, updated & spacious for 4 adults. Nice large kitchen with all the amenities you’d need. There was even a brand new washer & dryer available for the wet snowy clothes. Cheese curds are close by at Renards too!! Plus great places to dine at locally. We would definitely stay here again for the next Packer game. Go Pack Go!! Thanks Shane!!”
A unique setting, located in downtown Kewaunee, one block from Lake Michigan and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment . Built in 1906 as a brewery, it was renovated in 2008 into a residence, keeping the old world charm. We are a short drive to Door County and Green Bay. Bus transportation for Packer games are available through our Chamber of Commerce. Secluded, same level parking in back of building. Our quilt shop occupies the street access level. Cozy and comfortable loft.
“We booked Ann's place for a relaxing weekend getaway with our dog, and we had a great time! The space is large and comfortable, with all the amenities you could want (ranging from practicalities like extra blankets and a hair dryer to perks like the home-baked scones.) Ann was very easy to communicate with and gave great directions on how to get there & check in. We would definitely stay there again next time we visit Wisconsin!”
The Forst Inn was established in 1868 as a part of the early days of Tisch Mills, Wisconsin. The Forst family operated the site as a pub and inn for over 130 years. Today, the Forst is the home of the Forst Inn Arts Collective and presents theatre and music around the year. We have made two of our historic rooms available for rental through AirBnB. We are located on the Ice Age Trail, a 30 minute drive from Lambeau Field, and just minutes from Lake Michigan attractions (we are 3 miles away).
“Expect privacy in your rooms with very comfortable beds and nice antique furnishings, amenities right in your room and fresh coffee brewed right outside your door. I enjoyed the option of attending the live theater production, and very glad to have found this gem! It is much closer than I thought to Kewaukee which is great to see the coast, and across from the Forst Inn the pub serves up a delicious fish fry buffet! I will definitely stay again!”
